Welcome to your bright, industrial-chic retreat in the heart of Lisbon. This recently renovated apartment offers a spacious layout perfect for up to four guests. Inside, you’ll find two private double bedrooms outfitted with fresh linens, ample clothes storage, and stylish decor. There are two full bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, high-quality fixtures, and hot water on demand.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light thanks to full-length balcony doors. A smart TV, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace provide convenience for both relaxation and productivity. The dining table seats four and complements the rustic-modern aesthetic with wood and metal finishes.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a coffee machine, along with cookware, utensils, dishware, and essentials like olive oil and salt and pepper. Step out onto the cozy balcony to enjoy views over Lisbon’s rooftops.

Air conditioning and heating in every room ensure year-round comfort. Located on the fourth floor, the apartment benefits from added privacy and natural light, though please note it is accessible only by a wide stairwell as there is no elevator. The apartment was very easy to find and access. A wonderful location right in the middle of sightseeing, great restaurants, lots of shopping. We were able to walk everywhere and use the metro for airport easily. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we did not have any issues with noise despite being close to so much.

Nice place. Great location. Place was nicely accessorized. Bring your muscles if you’re carrying a lot of luggage! Only issues were that there was an odor in the master bath drain. Smelled like bad onions or garlic. Also the stairwell is pitch black at night so put your phone camera light on.

Perfect Location

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It put our group in the heart of Lisbon, and offered the perfect refuge after days full of exploring. The rooms were clean and cozy. The host was very responsive. We are grateful to have stayed here. One note: there is a significant staircase to get up to the room, so be prepared if you have large luggage.

Lisbon Experience

Our family of four just got back from a short stay that we wish could have been longer. Wonderful accommodations with modern furnishings, in the heart of everything. There were great views from our Juliet Balcony. We were very grateful that an employee from Lisbon experience met us there when we arrived early and even carried my bags up the stairs!!!!!!

Great location and good communication

Positives: Amazing location and beautiful apartment. Communication with property owners was also easy and responsive.There were issues with apartment not being ready at the promised time as well as a shortage of supplies and one of the air conditioning units not working. Do also note that there are five flights of steps to walk.Overall, I would recommend the apartment.

Great location - clean apartment

Ease of access to downtown, great home base for a few days. Hot outside but nice and cool in the apartment. It is a bit of a climb to the 4th floor where this unit is located but once all your bags are up it’s much easier. Lots to do and see within walking distance, enjoy some wine while people watching from the narrow balcony above the busy street.

In the heart of downtown

Yes, there were 80 stairs to get to the apartment, but the view of the pretty shops and beautiful tiled walkways below was a reward. Everything is within walking distance. Yes, the bed is a bit squeaky, but not where it is bothersome. The windows are amazing at blocking out the noise from the street below. Fun little place to stay.

Great location!

This property is centrally located and even better if your legs are tires as it is in a flat area! You will climb 4 flights and once in your flat, there is little to no noise and it has all the amenities you need! We enjoyed our stay and say thank you! One thing that you may consider adding are hand towels or paper towels for the kitchen for easy cleanup. All else was wonderful!

This is a fourth floor apartment with no elevator. Other than that, it's perfect. Communication with our host was great. The apartment is exactly as advertised and centrally located. It was clean as a whistle.

Beautiful apartment in a great location! I would not recommend if stairs are an issue because there are no elevators and apt is in the 4th floor. The locks were a bit of a challenge but once you figure out how to unlock the doors it’s no longer an issue.

2 BR-2 Bath Apartment in Lisbon

Well equipped, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment centrally located in Lisbon within walking distance of most attractions and neighborhoods in the old section of town. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine were pluses. Each bedroom and living area had individual air conditioning units and both bathrooms were good sized and had walk-in showers. Unit has a great view of a pedestrian walkway from the front balcony however, street noise disappeared when balcony doors are closed. The only negative for some guests would be the steep, five story stair climb up to the apartment.

This was our first stop on a 3 week tour of Portugal and Spain. It was a cute place and had some nice touches and the balcony view was as described and the street life below was nice. Fairly quite when the doors were closed and it quieted down at a reasonable hour. Only issue for us were the beds were uncomfortable and noisy, some kind of plywood base with legs. Noise from the upstairs was unbearable at times so I would suggest earplugs if you want to sleep. Again, it’s travel so you kinda have to go with it. Final comment, Lisbon was amazing!!! Can’t even put in words. If you can go, go!!!

A perfect apartment for exploring the cityWe had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Lisbon. The space was spotlessly clean and ready for us before the regular check-in time—especially appreciated with our early flight. The location simply couldn’t be better: it’s central to all the main attractions and within easy walking distance to every mode of transportation offered by CARRIS, Lisbon’s transit system.Each main living area has its own AC unit, ensuring a comfortable stay even during warm weather. The master bedroom features a private bathroom, and there’s a second bathroom for guests staying in the second bedroom. Both beds were spacious and comfortable, perfect for couples.One of the apartment’s highlights is the balcony view—absolutely breathtaking. Despite being right on lively Augusta Street, which is bustling with restaurants and nightlife, the windows provide excellent soundproofing. Once closed, there’s no noise at all.The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is up five flights of stairs, and there is no elevator. This detail is mentioned clearly in the listing. Helpful tip: The stairwell can get quite dark at night, so having your cell phone flashlight handy is helpful.Overall, we extremely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to experience Lisbon from the very heart of the city.

poor communication, not clean

we had several communication issues that left a bad impression and was demonstrated time and again whenever we had questions- additionally, the bathrooms were dirty especially the showers. the floors had hair all over and the rugs were disgusting. there was no broom to clean yup ourselves. we wouldn’t recommend this location nor the management company for the aforementioned reasons. the price definitely does not match the experience

The 2BR apartment was very clean and neat.

The 2BR apartment was very clean and neat. There are ac units in each area which are extremely efficient. Master BR has a private bathroom; there is also a second bathroom in case you have other guests coming along with you. Beds are comfortable a big enough for a couple. They do make some noise as soon as you move. The view from the balconies are great, and the windows’ system are just amazing. The neighborhood is pretty alive at night, but as soon as you shot the windows there is ABSOLUTELY NO noise coming in. The only thing that might be an issue for some people is that there is no elevator, and our unit was on the 5th floor. They did mention this through out communications, but after you go up once and then go down, you will make sure you did not forget anything in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Great location

The highlight is great location! It’s an older building which comes with older building challenges (understandably). The staff was very friendly and responded promptly to any of my concerns. They also let us drop off our luggage a little earlier ..but because we got to Lisbon so early we used a locker that’s not very far from the apartment which was a plus. *** Concerns if your older … My parents had a hard time climbing up the flight of stairs since the apartment is on the last floor. Cons:The room with the restroom has a strong smell …understandably that comes with the issue of it being an older building .. I did bring it up to property manager and they stated that it’s a plumbing issue that they are trying to resolve with the building. Last highlight… the balcony .. at night the ambiance is beautiful and it was nice to watch from above.
