Absolutely no smoking we strive to have a smoke free environment⊠smoking in my property Iâm going to back charge them $250 at the exit of their stay
Wonderful apartment, weâve stayed about 8-9 times because we have family in the area. Itâs nicely appointed with a comfortable living room, great kitchen and two bedrooms and baths. The owners leave breakfast food in the refrigerator plus there are lots of spices and condiments in the cabinet. The kitchen is fully stocked so itâs easy to prepare meals. The location is great, downtown, one block to Safeway, restaurants and shops.
Great spot, much larger than I had imagined. Beds are comfortable, and the decor matches the aesthetic of the old building as a whole. Worth noting that the noise level is pretty low, except in the morning on the east side of the apartment you can hear the casino music kick on through the floor. It wasn't an issue for me, but worth noting.
Our first trip to Montana spent in the charming town of Hamilton. Location of the property could not have been better. Centrally located in Hamilton and just a few miles from a number of great hiking trails. As for the property, lovely place with tons of charm, plenty of space to stretch out, and decorated with care and history. As for the host (Craig) - top ratings. He responded to all our questions - quickly, and even met us at the door when we arrived (which was a little late). Craig also placed essentials in the refrigerator - above and beyond our expectations. Thank you. Exceptional host and property!
The loft is wonderful! We absolutely love the location and it has everything you would possibly need. Craig, the owner is a super nice guy. He always stocks the treats!
The two bedroom apartment was outstanding! Everything was well appointed and Craig was a fantastic host. We would highly recommend this property and we will be back in the future.
This is now the place in which we will compare all future vacation rentals to. Craig went above and beyond as a host. In addition the property is wonderful in every way. The kitchen, the layout, walkability in downtown and the access to the decks with the mountain views was better than weâd hoped for. Will absolutely be back!
Host was close by and very hospitable. Easy to work with so our family could enjoy this beautiful, comfortable apartment while in Hamilton for family reunion. Easy walking around town.
Great location that was within walking distance to great restaurants and ice cream shop. In town for fishing trip with Freestone Fly Shop. Property and fishing were awesome.
Everything was great in the property. Craig was great and itâs nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked for our stay. Thank you so much!
This is our 9-10th time staying here because we have family in the area. We love it and itâs always perfect. Craig leaves some breakfast food plus condiments and spices so itâs easy to prepare food. Everything works well and there are lots of dishes.
Overall, I had a great experience here. The space is well maintained and full of everything you need to enjoy yourself, including a bar area and complimentary snacks. Craig did an awesome job communicating everything with me ahead of time and assuaged any concerns I had. The only issue I had was the wine bar downstairs left a vulgar note on my car because they thought I parked in a wrong spot when I did not. Craig sternly corrected them, however, and assured me this would not be an issue going forward for anyone looking to rent.
We are an active couple that met in High School and are living the Dream in the lovely Bitter-root Mountains where there are plenty of things to do, Fly fishing, Hiking, Skiing ...Cafe Dining...Art Galleries, boutique shops... I digress, We like to save and restore old buildings together and we add them back to the communities original character.
Fantastic, Fresh, Cozy in the center of town above The Ponderosa Wine, Bar and Bistro close to everything, Cafes, Art Galleries, view of the Sapphires and the Bitter root mountains from the rooftop, you can see up and down the valley.
My wife and I bought this Property ten years ago. It was the 2nd or 3rd brick building on Main Street. The city father "Marcus Daly The Copper King" built the Bank 1st and the Scandia Whore House 2nd or 3rd. In 1897, 120 years ago we didn't know it at the time but, we bought the downtown religious shrine (Just Kidding). As we took it apart we found old coin, whorehouse tokens and the gabled skylights. It looks like a crystal palace now compared to the dark hole it was. Then we put in a roof top lounge, 2nd floor deck, restored the murals downstairs and the Ponderosa Wine Bar and Bistro. Upstairs we put, in tin ceilings 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The cozy bar has an 1875 railroad map and club chairs it has a great vibe through out. We put up a 5 piece wainscot to represent the way we felt it would have looked back in the day, I used gold and black oriental rugs all a round. The street side great room has a beautiful gas fireplace and dining area. Well equipped Kitchen with a Black walnut island for your prep work
