We loved our stay at this comfortable cottage. It had everything we needed- plentiful towels, comfy blankets and bed, convenient kitchen, comfortable living room with a great TV - and was only a few minutes from great restaurants and most important, Zion National Park. Highly recommend.
We loved the cottage. It was a wonderful home to us during our stay at the gates of Zion NP. From there it is a 30 minutes drive to the park. The cottage was in fact better than the pictures and offered everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable. Yes, the bathroom is tiny but that was no problem to us. The shower was perfect and had super quickly hot water and enough pressure.
Awesome place to stay, very peaceful. The only complaint is thereâs an overgrown tree that extends to the roof and on the roof. Very noisy and hard to sleep when the wind blows
Wonderful little cottage with everything you need for a great stay. Near to the nature, plenty of info and help avaliable from the hosts, and plenty of amenities. Make sure you use the fireplace in the winter! It's a fun a great cabin and we would recommend it to anyone
This cottage looks bigger on the inside but fit us perfectly. I wouldnât recommend for groups of more than 2 but is such a cozy experience and in such a great location. We were less than 30 minutes from all our planned activities. Overall, really great communication from the owner and super easy instructions to follow. We loved our stay.
We stayed in Hurricane for a week and could not have enjoyed it more. The location is private, and the cottage and amenities are wonderful. We had zero complaints and highly recommend
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this cottage in Hurricane UT. We spent a couple days exploring Zion and it was great to have this very comfortable place to come back to and relax.
This property was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and located within a short drive to Zion. The host was responsive and informative. We would absolutely stay here again.
The cottage was very neat, clean , warm & inviting. It appeared just as the pictures in the advertisement. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area.
Perfect place for what a couple newlywed hikers needed! Great condition, excellent communication and service provided by the host. WILL STAY AGAIN if it is available next time we go! Loved it!!!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the historic ranger cabin! It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. We hiked the surrounding areas for three days. It was fantastic!
Great quiet spot with easy access to many great areas. Really enjoyed coming "home" to this quiet location - love the history of this little home. Addition of wine glasses would be a great addition to the many amenities provided.
Stayed at the "cabin" for about 4 weeks while hiking in the area. Very convenient to Zion as well as all the trails in this area. Owner very gracious and quick to respond to any questions; provided good tips for things to do.
Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Perfect size place to enjoy a BBQ or the outdoors . It is very convenient to Zion National Park too! We had a wonderful time. Jed is a great host and is very responsive . We would definitely do it again!
My name is Jed Stout. I grew up in southern Utah and just love this place! I live just a few miles from this home. I love to hike and mountain bike. I'm happy to answer questions about local trails and activities so please call me during your stay if you'd like ideas.
My wife and I fell in love with this little home in the year 2003 when we were shopping for our own first home. We weren't able to get it at that time but when it became available in 2005 we didn't hesitate to purchase it. We rented it out for 12 years but with this new remodel finished, we wanted to offer it to vacation renters visiting the area. This home has the perfect blend of old historic features with new remodeled cleanliness.
The very old history of this cottage makes it a lot of fun. It's a great little honeymoon getaway or an easy place to relax for hikers and bikers visiting the area for the first time.
