Overall the condo was nice, it just needs some updating and a new mattress on the king bed in the master Bedroom, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Great location to the beach and restaurants etc. The balcony views of the Sound were amazing. Would stay there again if updates were made and mattress was replaced.

Great location!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The condo was clean and just perfect for a party of 4. We spent a lot of time at the beach which is a 5 minute walk and also at the pool. The pool is huge, very clean, and the perfect temperature. We would stay here again.

Cute little condo bayside

The view was amazing and the condo had everything we needed. Central to the beaches and restaurants. I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be coming back

Beautiful balcony view and property! Huge community swimming pool. Beach access/ crossing right across the street. Unit was pretty clean but could use some updates. Elevator quit working several times during stay and had to carry groceries up 5 floors. Key code did not work on arrival and had to call and get it reset. Not a huge deal but a little frustrating when you arrive after a day of travel. The check out time is super early at 9am. Almost a deal breaker as most are 10 or 11 but our departing flight was such that we needed to leave by 9am anyway. Other than few issues mentioned it was a good stay and we enjoyed our time. Would definitely consider staying again.

Great location and easy access to the beach. Absolutely beautiful sunset and bay view. Also watch for the Blue Angels on Sunday's. Very cool!

We liked the location being away from the congestion of the center of town. A convenience mart and a good restaurant in walking distance. Can not say enough about the size of pool and area surrounding—super. We had all in the kitchen unit that was convenient for any food prep. The bed was comfortable and ample room for two people. The ease of walking across the street for the beach was very nice. Pensacola Beach was extremely busy over the weekend, but to be expected. Plenty of restaurant choices and main ‘hub-bub’ kept clean. Santa Rosa Dunes condos is a clean, kept-up property

Gret stay

Finding our room was a little confusing. But other than that the place was just as advertised. Location was great, beach right across the street and Peg Leg Pete's almost next door. Would definitely stay again.

Pensacola Beach Is Our Happy Place

Love the area. Our favorite condo wasn’t available. This condo and furnishings were dated, and terra cotta tile floors seemed dirty, but we were outside much of the time.

Pleasant views of Pensacola Bay

Felt very much at home in this one bedroom, 1.5 bath for our week stay. Connection to WiFi remained solid for the business day, which was a necessity. Sufficiently sized full kitchen allowed easy prep for all meals. One small thing: Bedroom window screen needs to be added With window treatments fixed. Such a clean place and loved the terra-cotta floors throughout! Nice dolphin viewing.

Retired couple celebrating a birthday

The location was perfect and the size and layout of the facility was perfect for two. The beach is only a short walk through the parking lot and then across the street. We also enjoyed being able to walk to Pegleg Pete’s for dinner. The condo entrance located on 5th floor was directly across from the elevator making it easy to bring our bags from the car. Some updating is needed but didn’t interfere with our enjoying our visit.

Cute Condo, lovely location

This cute, beachy condo was perfect for my 10 year-old, her friend, and myself! Every morning we ate breakfast on the balcony and watched the dolphins play in the bay. The location was convenient to Pensacola pier and Ft. Pickens. We could walk to Peg Leg Pete’s for dinner. The girls loved the pool, which stayed open until midnight. Management was available by phone 24-7 and very helpful when I couldn’t figure out how to open the front door. Highly recommended!!!

Unit is clean but outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable. Actually slept on couch the last night. Couches were new and comfortable. View was beautiful but unit definitely needs upgrading. Could be a very pretty place.

Quiet and clean

Beautiful, well kept clean property. Only one complaint, there were several ants on kitchen counter by sink! We did not cook there, so our stay was not compromised. This needs to be addressed! Also could not sit on balcony because our table and chairs were wrapped up for painting!

needs a new shower curtain old one contains mildew / screen to patio was torn in several places making it ineffective/ some bugs around other units on same floor had pets / nice location as it is close to beach and a sidewalk good for walking

Very nice condo!

My husband and I came to Pensacola Beach for a long weekend break. It was beautiful! We rented this unit at the last minute and we were very pleased. The unit faces the bay with a beautiful view. The beach was just across the street within walking distance. Absolutely gorgeous white sand and clear water...amazing! We walked to Peg Leg Petes for dinner, it was delicious and very reasonably priced. The condo itself is really nice. This is a 1BR unit. The bed is huge and very comfy. There is a bathroom off of the bedroom and there is a 1/2 bath in the hall way which is a nice addition for a 1BR. Everything you could need in the kitchen and the condo itself was very spacious and very clean. A great location! We loved it!

The Good the bad and the Ugly

The good on this property is the view is beautiful. The condo is centrally located. The bad... The bed was hard as a rock the tag on the mattress is 2004 thats 18 years old. The couch is missing a cushion previous reviews stated this so why hasnt it been taken care of. The couch is as old as the mattress and so uncomfortable every day we drug our pillows out here to sit on them. Just so our backs wouldnt hurt as bad. The internet comes and goes , I was working from here for 3 weeks so it mattered. We did report all of this and Jessica our property manager stated she was trying to get furniture replaced but no go. She brought us a mattress topper and it made the last week of our 3 weeks a lot better. I cant say enough good about her. The ugly.. The kitchen cushion that they placed on the couch that kind of matches so you wont notice the real one missing.
