Wrightsville Dunes 1C-B est un condo de plage classique en bord de mer, idéal pour une famille s'évader! L'unité est au 1er étage du bâtiment B avec un balcon en bord de mer qui enjambe le salon et la chambre des maîtres. L'unité peut accueillir 6 personnes, et chaque chambre a sa salle de bain privée. Les chambres d'invités sont face à face; l'un a un lit queen et l'autre a 2 jumeaux. La chambre principale est en bord de mer avec un balcon en bord de mer. Il y a un lit queen et une grande salle de bains principale privée. La salle de bain a une douche ainsi qu'une grande baignoire.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour faire des repas en famille, et la table de salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat, idéal pour les soirées cinéma. Vous pouvez voir l'océan depuis le salon, et profiter de la brise de la plage depuis le grand balcon en bord de mer. Le Wrightsville Dunes possède 2 piscines face à l'océan et des courts de tennis. First time in this apartment

Have stayed in area 3 times before but first time here. Apartment was amazing. Doors need a little oil and some renovations left overs were present but cosmetic only. Definitely will stay here again. Loved the view.

The property overall layout, location and convenience to the pool and beach were great. The property itself is run-down and in serious need of maintenance. The patio door(s) will not open or shut properly. The lighting is so dark and gloomy and makes it difficult to see to shower. The door to the balcony room fell off completely when we tried to open it. Based on the decor, this particular unit was decorated and left to rot since 1993. A little paint, updated caulking, lighting and fixing the doors or maintenance issues would improve this condo tremendously.

The folks at Intracostal made the process of renting very easy.

My only problem was, we were originally supposed to stay at Station One Unit 1D, however after we drove from SC & had already gotten a parking pass, received a call that there was a problem! Never were told exactly what, but narrowed it down to the owners being there & they weren't leavingAA😡Bad communication between rental agent & owners I guess! We wanted to stay there because of location, but believe all in all we got a better unit! Just didn't like being told 45 minutes before check in!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location and the condo was pretty nice. We arrived around 7pm after a 6 hour drive and after picking up the keys it turned out they were the wrong ones. We then had to wait another half our on the owner to bring us the correct key. We also spent an hour dealing with some shower repairs the following day and got locked out of our stairwell on Saturday. We were happy with the place itself except for one of the beds being waaay too soft... but pretty displeased with our experience in general.

Beautiful Location, Poorly Maintained Property

If you've ever dreamed of sharing your vacation with a colony of ants, this is the place for you —ants in the pantry, ants in the microwave, ants in the bathroom… truly a full tour. We alerted the property management and someone did show up with a can of Raid, but unfortunately, the issue was well beyond a single spray-down.Outside, you’ll enjoy the scenic ocean breeze while playing a thrilling game of "Which patio chair collapses first?" After a dip in the ocean, rinse off with the charming outdoor shower—it’s significantly better than the outdated and leaky one indoors.The ceiling fan in the bedroom looked like it might launch itself at any moment—it dangled ominously overhead all night. The electrical outlets in the loft were warped, and on day one, flipping the switch actually caused water to come out. That's not a typo. Water.Linens and mattresses are well past their prime. Some towels had holes, and the overall cleanliness was lacking—plenty of hair ties and food bits left from previous guests made for a surprise scavenger hunt under furniture.The 90s-themed décor is... accurate from the listing, down to the one-armed armchairs. Lighting is a fun guessing game, as many bulbs or fixtures didn’t work. The location, view, and pool are undeniably wonderful—and we’ve stayed at this condo complex before and had better experiences. But sadly, this particular unit has not kept up with basic maintenance and cleanliness standards.

Great quiet condo

Loved the 3 bedroom space, very peaceful quiet beach and patio. We loved the area so much we may move to Wilimington. Everyone was wearing masks out in town too. I think this is our new vacation spot, Florida may never see a dime of our money again.

The condo location in relation to the pool/beach and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, we all had enough space to not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked with plates, pots, pans, glasses and silverware. Other than the sliding doors to the balcony patio not working properly and the smell of the tap water (which may be normal for the area, just not to my nose), we enjoyed our time greatly!

Hello Peter, We couldn't agree with you more. The location of this proper is great. Thank You for pointing out the patio doors to this unit we will let maintenance know to take a look at this. Sometimes while on the coast the water can have an odor. We do recommend to our guests to let the water run for about 15 minutes and open the windows to rid of the smell. If there is concern about two parking passes not being enough there is a pay for parking lot just to the south, that costs $5 hour or $25/day. Bring dish soap and paper towels. Ask them to explain how the codes to the doors work when you check in. That caused us some frustration as it wasnt entirely clear in the printed directions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Wrightsville Dunes condo was exactly as described on the Intracoastal website. Dealing with Intracoastal was effortless from start to finish. Upon arrival, we picked up our keys immediately. The condo's location was terrific. The beach wasn't crowded and we were about a 30-minute walk from the Johnny Mercer pier. The pool was only a few steps away and it also was never crowded. The condo was roomy, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The balcony overlooked the ocean with a beautiful view and shade in the afternoon. Our bed and the other furnishings were comfortable. The condo was clean and everything except the washing machine was in working order. (We contacted Intracoastal about the washing machine but checked out before they could come to fix it.) The elevator also was being repaired, so we were happy to be on the first floor. Parking was available directly in front of the unit and access to our spaces was never an issue. Wrightsville Beach was a great location for a vacation. There were lots of things to do for adults and children and many nice restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a beach vacation in the Wilmington area.

Reviewer Comments: The only negative thing I can say is that on my second visit here, the last night we were there an owner from another apartment parked in our assigned parking space. He was very rude throwing in my face that he was an owner and not renter. During phone conversation with administration of rental found out he had 2 other vehicles there using his assigned parking space. It does not matter if you are renter or owner you can only have 2 vehicles there. Outside of this, it was a great experience and plan to be there next year again.

We would recommend giving the kitchen some attention (no good knives, to many pots and pans,old drawer liners, disorganized in general, nothing that cannot be easily fixed). Dated art added to the feeling of neglect. last but not least put a king size bed in the master bedroom. There is plenty of room. The few updates listed about would allow you to rent the unit at a higher rate.

Location is great. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool and beach were close, and the elevator was helpful for the grandparents. We had to plunge the toilets a few times, but that was the only real issue. We would stay here again for the location and convenience. Suggestions would be to install a chair-height toilet in the master bathroom (if not all bathrooms) and to keep a vacuum cleaner handy for guests to use during the week.

Close to pool and ocean just a short walk. Would definitely stay here again. Minor plumbing issues during the week -- had to use the plunger a couple of times. Recommendations for the property are to upgrade to chair height toilets in the bathrooms and supply a vacuum cleaner for renters to use as needed during the stay. A few key kitchen utensils were missing, but definitely not a showstopper. Again, location and floorplan and condition of the furniture and décor were all as depicted and reasons why we would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: NO OTHER PLACE FOR ME! THIS IS A VERY SPECIAL PLACE TO SHARE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS! OVER 69 YEARS OF FAMILY GATHERINGS HAS TAKEN PLACE ON THIS BEACH!!! REFER BACK TO THE WB MAGAZINE OF AUG. 2010, WHICH HAD THE SCOUTING IMAGE ON THE COVER, THEN YOU WILL KNOW HOW SPECIAL THIS BEACH IS FOR OUR FAMILIES!!!
