Bienvenue à "A Summer Place"!

Ce 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain condo est idéal pour un individu, couple ou petite famille. Chambre a un lit queen et l'accès à la zone du pont avec vue sur l'océan. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon et une couchette double intégrée dans le couloir pour les invités supplémentaires. Situé à l'intérieur d'un bloc de la plage par Pier de Johnnie Mercer. Cet établissement confortable dispose d'une cuisine complète qui est ouverte sur le salon / salle à manger. Le pont a vue sur l'océan avec une grande assise.

** À compter de maintenant, toutes les locations de vacances à la semaine de 5 à 21 nuits auront les draps inclus. Sur 4 nuits ou moins, vous aurez toujours la possibilité de louer des draps sur votre contrat ou apporter votre propre. **

Best vacation of the summer

We were so happy to return to Munger. We love the condo the beach and all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. We couldn’t have had a better week. Absolutely wonderful family vacation.

Perfect location

Great location. 2 minute walk to the beach and pier. Super comfortable queen bed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Fun beach decor!

Great location with beach and walk-to dining. Annoying multiple lobby and door codes ( 4 and 6 digits code respectfully). 2 remotes to the TV that always has an extended learning curve. Overall, very nice place.

We wish we could control the code for the stairs, but this lobby code is set by the HOA, and the code into the unit itself is set by us and is customized for every reservation. Hi Valerie- thank you for your feedback. All of our properties are individually owned. This means that what one owner may stock in his or her unit, the next may not. Our instructions are general and intended to prepare our guests for the bare minimum of what might be in the unit. We are sorry that you overpacked, but we hope that it beat the alternative. Small living space

The living area was fine for my husband and me but I wouldn't recommend any others. There is only seating for two at the bar to eat Luckily we had wonderful weather so we spent little time at the rental.

There were issues with the cable both days.They were quickly addressed. My only complaint was the Friday night parties outside that kept me awake. Other than that the stay was great

We heavily rely on guest feedback to encourage our property owners to make improvements so I will make note of your suggestion for new carpeting. While the carpets are regularly sanitized, they do have permanent staining from wear/age and can agree they may be due for replacement. We hope everything else was sufficient for your week at the beach including the private covered parking, close walk to the pier/beach, and enjoying the nearby restaurants! Come on back anytime.

However, there is a bar right next door and it was very loud at night. We could hear people cussing and yelling and one night there were police officers out there. Not a good fit for a family.

Cute place. Would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper. Also the ice maker didn’t work and the ice cube trays were in the fridge empty. Nice touch would have been to have them filled. Also, maybe a couple of small beach chairs would be nice to have there and a couple of refillable water bottles. The last place we stayed had a nice welcome note with a bottle of wine in the fridge. Again, just a nice touch. Thank you

Last minute thought

This was a last minute thought. I was meeting a client a little over an hour away from the beach. I figured why not take my family and enjoy the beach for a weekend. I came across the listing on Vrbo and to my surprise this unit was available for the weekend. Upon arrival and after checking in we were pleasantly surprised how nice the unit was and at all the amenities provided. It made our stay convenient and easy. Parking was a slight issue as we had a full size truck and parking was extra tight for that particular unit B1 but we managed to squeeze it. Next time will drive our car. Overall it was better than advertised a cosy little place with a lot to offer a few steps away from the ocean.
