This is our 7th year renting Carol and Ron’s beautiful condo. They have thought of everything, it feels like home when we arrive! Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is more than well equipped, location is great for beach, shopping, dining, easy on and off the island and close to Point of Rocks!Our family can not wait to return! See you next year!

We had a fabulous vacation in Siesta Key. We visit Seashell condos twice a year and this was our first time in this unit. It was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. The nice thing about this unit is the kitchen dishes, pans, and utensils were not worn out and gross. Cabinets stocked with plenty of kitchen ware. Bathrooms very clean. Nice big master shower. Beds very comfortable. Nice side view of beach from balcony. The beach is outstanding and you are able to use beach chairs and lounge chairs free. Unit is close to elevators and stairs. Carol (the owner) was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be renting this condo in the future!

We had a great week at Seashell Condos. It's an absolutely amazing location! The beach is steps from the door and across the street are multiple restaurants, a market, coffee shop, donut house, and lots of water activities like parasailing, jet skiing, rental boats, fishing and more. The condo had everything and more that we needed. It's beautifully decorated too. If we're back in Siesta Key we'll definitely rent from Carol again.

Condo location is perfect. On the beach but across from shops and restaurants. The trolly comes and will take you to Siesta Key village if you want more shops and restaurants. Condo is clean and well equipped. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Lovely unit with a great beach location right off of a bridge to the key making travel on and off a breeze. The unit was well appointed with extra amenities for comfort in case you forgot anything. It was also very clean and pest free for anyone that worries about such things as I do. The owner (Carol) is a lovely human being with a big heart and will make sure you are comfortable and go the extra mile to help if she can. Sunsets from the beach right in front of the condo are a dream and donuts, daiquiris, clam chowder, bagels, coffee and more are only a short walk from the condo. During our stay construction to install new unit doors was happening from 7am till late evening for the length of stay with loud hammering, sawing sounds and bad smells detectable while walking around the complex near the work being done. This would have been nice to know ahead of the stay. Additionally, the building was being painted off and on all week so parking was a constant battle of: can I park in my unit's assigned spot or do I have to worry about moving it to the front of the complex by the office every day? It rained alot the week we stayed so the covered parking would have been great to be able to use. Carol was wonderful at helping resolve a flooding issue late at night on our balcony caused by recent construction. I would stay here again provided the construction is complete. Overall we had a good experience, but without the construction I think it would have been a great one!

We try very hard to be sure our guests have quick responses and also so that they have amenities they need to have a wonderful stay. Im happy to hear you would like to return again in the future. Im so thankful for your photo and call to me late at night when you discovered that the drain holes were plugged by the painters .. leaving a potential flood issue on the balcony. . I appreciate the quick notice so the after hours maintenance guy could get the holes opened up . So it Stopped a potential water problem. As for the noise and painting issues .. I totally agree That this was an issue . Owners were told this was all happening in Aug .. however contracts and permits etc held up the whole project. Owners were never given exact dates when it would begin .. But as I mentioned to you personally , whenever you can come back I will be happy to give you a nice discount on Vrbo if you let me know. And message me so that I can reduce your stay before you book . Loved seeing the photos of your kids on the beach. Our kids and grandkids Love it there! God Bless you and your family. Carol

Host was very communicative, location is right by Captain Curt’s, and the unit had great beach chairs/beach accessories for us to use. The pullout Murphy bed was perfect for additional guests. We were able to leave it out all week without putting it away each day.
