A cosy apartment complex with 10 holiday apartments (8 of them in the "Allegra" apartment complex and 2 of them in the villa “Olivi”) built in 2000 with swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), big garden with olive grove and barbecue. The distance to Lazise city center and to the beach is approx. 1200 m. Restaurant/pizzeria at 50 mt. The apartment complex is situated near the Gardesana road so close to many services and the centre, highly suggested for guests looking for the proximity to many services, less suitable for guests who appreciate quietness. Thanks to the big outdoor green these apartments are much requested by families with children and group of friends. Each apartment has got a parking place in the garage (height 210 cm, limited room for manoeuvre).
The villa is divided into two separate three-rooms apartments and can be rented together or separated.
Three-rooms apartment nr 10 located on the mezzanine of approximately 70 sqm composed by double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, table with chairs, fridge with freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster. Bathroom with tube and window. Big covered terrace with lateral view on the swimming pool and the olive grove equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, safe, Wi Fi and Satellite TV.

The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant

Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.

Nice appartment but noisy situation

The appartement is really Nice and correspond with the description (even more with the washing machine)and even it we were still in june we can have access to the free air conditioning. However the appartement is on the lake road were there is a lot of trafic (always noice of cars and a lot of ambulance) and in front of the swimming pool of the camping with animation from 10 to at least 22h30.....so not the best place to have a quiet moment on your terrace

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Total sauber. Super nette Begrüßung.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Auf einen Ausfall des warmen Wassers wurde sofort reagiert. Alles Top bis auf die Lage zum See. Wenn man im See baden will ist der Weg zu Fuß sehr weit und Parkplätze sind mangelware und sehr teuer. Trotzdem gerne wieder.

We spent our one-week vacation at Lake Garda in the Villa Olivi and were satisfied with the apartmen

We spent our one-week vacation at Lake Garda in the Villa Olivi and were satisfied with the apartment we chose for our stay. Check-in takes place in a location close by. It was no problem that we arrived earlier, and everything worked out fine. Early check-out was also possible, so the flexibility was great. The apartment is for six persons a bit small, but suitable. The sleeping couch has a mattress integrated and besides the squeaking it is fine for sleeping. We really liked the roofed terrace of the apartment, as it is huge and has a big table for dining. The furnishing was also solid, there were different sizes of pans and pots, a coffee filter machine and enough dishes for six. There is one bathroom with a shower and a tub. The TV features German programs. However, with good weather there is so much else to do: Swimming in the shared pool, reading in the hammockenjoying the garden. We probably were a bit unlucky as there were many mosquitos during our stay, but no big deal if you bring repellent. The apartment is located outside of the town of Lazise with a bus stop nearby. We took the bus to Verona from there and can definitely recommend it as a cheap way to get around, especially if you buy the tickets beforehand at the tourist info. A gas station is also close to the house and there are supermarkets in Lazise for grocery shopping. There was enough space to park the cars. The premises with several houses, the pool and the garden are really nice, but you should be aware of the surrounding campsites that are disadvantageous in two ways: first, the evening activities are a bit noisy and in addition to the music from the nearby restaurant and the street in front of the house can make falling asleep harder. The other issue is that the house is actually located close to the beach of the lake, yet you cannot pass through the campsites. Be aware that for getting to the lake you must circumvent them. Even though distance is not too large (maybe a 15-minute walk), the way from the beach to the house is uphill and tiring in the afternoon heat. You might go by car but driving around the lake is rather stressful and especially parking can be very expensive. We brought our bikes and found them very useful. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Lake Garda and think the Villa Olivi is a nice place to stay.
