Great Location

The chalet is in a prime spot in the beech front, Very close to all of the amenities. The views from the chalet are amazing and we will definitely want to stay again.

Great for all the family

Right on the beach and the patio is amazing. The facilities are amazing. Some issues but resolved very quickly. Some facilities weren’t open yet as pre season but had a great time.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic pretty, well-equipped chalet and super smart outdoor furniture on great patio right on the beach in a perfect location. It could not be improved on in any way (and that is from someone who has been going to the Warren all her life!). The host was easy to get hold of on a couple of points and especially when we wanted to stay an extra 2 days as we were having such a great time. It is always extra special to have a beachfront chalet with the magnificent views and it does not disappoint. We felt really privileged to have that. It was the first time in Abersoch for my boyfriend and he thought he was on a luxury holiday on a Greek Island. It was our first holiday together so we are so glad it was so magical. Frankly, it is just perfect!!! We have to travel 7 hours from East Sussex to get there and we are already discussing dates for next year. We can't wait!!!!!

Fantastic Holiday

Best holiday ever. Staff were lovely. Sandbar excellent although a bit pricey. Fortunately our two weeks coincided with a heatwave. Location of property overlooking the beach. A really great holiday.

Fantastic stay with the perfect view!

We had a lovely week away in this chalet. The chalet has everything you need inside. Outside is a great space with direct access to the beach which was perfect for our 3 young children. They where on and off the beach as they pleased which was great. The view from the terrace is priceless and definitely the best part of the stay. We’ll certainly be returning

Beautiful spot

Stunning location, I’ve always wanted to stay on the Warren and this holiday gave me the opportunity. The chalet view is gorgeous! Even if it rains you have that incredible sea view so who cares. The kitchen and living space were great, we booked for my wedding and had 4 other adults with us. Though it was very snug in terms of bathrooms (only 2) we made it work. The appliances were a god send, can’t live without a dishwasher and tumble dryer! Outdoor shower was handy and loads of seating. The only points I’d make to other guests are- bring an Xbox or rocku if you want to watch Netflix etc while you stay. There is only freeview and the DVD player doesn’t work. Double check with owner about bedding as we brought our own but it was provided (saves on packing). There’s only 1 key, so if you have other adults with you I recommend utilising the safe box (just make sure everyone knows the code). There’s parking for 2 cars but you can get 3 cars in easily. Though it sleeps 6, the main dining table only has 4 chairs (I recommend using the bar stools). The wall plugs on the outer walls of the chalet are a bit faulty, so you’ll have to wiggle them a bit to get them to work. I only discovered this after a few days. Also Tesco and Waitrose do home delivery to the warren, so get your food etc that way rather than going to Pwllheli Asda. Utilise the facilities!! We lived in the pool, squash court and warren convenience shop. The owners communication was top notch, if you have any questions just give her a quick text. Hope to be staying here again in the very near future, it made our wedding that bit extra special.

Family Fun in Abersoch

A lovely property with plenty of room for all the family to enjoy its fabulous location. Easy access to the beach and all the Warren facilities available.
