Stunning Barn with Heated Swimming Pool & Tennis Court

We are delighted to welcome you all to our home and hope you are ready for relaxation, adventure and for the making of memories. Ysgubor Degwm has been translated as the “barn of human memories” and we don’t think you could find a more fitting name.

Featuring a Heated Swimming Pool, a Tennis Court (with basketball hoop and football goal), croquet lawn, outdoor cinema there is fun galore to be had.

The lounge Dining room opens to the Apex making an impressive communal space for your holidays. This room has a large woodburning stove, 43" TV, Three Sofas, Arm Chairs, Dining table with twelve chairs.

Kitchen Diner with an American Fridge Freezer keeping ice and chilled water on hand, breakfast table with ten chairs, oven, hob, microwave and coffee maker.

The Second lounge study has a 43" TV and contains a small library and an impressive collection of board games.

The Garden Kitchen is a small kitchen with direct access to the garden making it perfect for when you want to dine alfresco. With a hob and oven, fridge and all the glassware and plates you need for outdoor dining.

We have some bikes at the property you are welcome to use during your stay.

We are on call 24/7 to help with any issues you may have during your stay and to recommend local restaurants and activities.

We had the most amazing stay for my mums 70th.The home is filled with the most beautiful things and ideal for large family groups where we can escape each other when needed.The pool was amazing too x

Hidden Gem

What a stunning property!! The drive is a bit remote but once getting down the driveway you are amazed to see such a beautiful immaculate barn. The grounds are really pretty, gardens in bloom, lovely to watch all the wildlife. It fills you with such peace. The barn itself was easy to check in, every room was spotlessly clean and tidy and we didnt need anything as there was everything you could ever need inside. The swimming pool was just a dream as you didnt need to leave the barn if you didnt want to as everything was right there and the children loved swimming everyday and playing table tennis etc. We had a bbq and did pizzas on the pizza oven which was brilliant. We drove to most surrounding areas/beaches which we found to be lovely. Overall i would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone. Such a new found happy place. Thank you for sharing your lovely precious home.

Llŷn Family Holiday

We (10 of us) had a fabulous 3-generation stay at Ysgubor Degwm. Everything - living space, bedrooms, outdoor space and facilities, pool - were excellent. Vicky communicated well throughout the process and was a great host. Altogether a wonderful week away.

The property was absolutely stunning, beautifully furnished and well equipped with absolutely everything! The location was just perfect. Exquisite property for a wonderful holiday

By far the most beautiful property we have ever stayed in. Exquisite decor, wonderful thoughtful touches throughout including a lovely welcome basket full of goodies. Everything you could wish for was available from the warm pool and pizza oven to every game possible. Each day we discovered something new to delight us - the beehives, hidden pond, tree swing and outdoor tables and chairs on all sides of the house. A wonderful house in an idyllic setting. A wonderful place for a peaceful family get together!

The house is in a beautiful spot in peaceful countryside but within 15 minutes of a supermarket! It is beautifully appointed with high quality furniture and furnishings. The swimming pool was a huge success, especially during the gales when outdoor activities were impossible! We enjoyed a few games of tennis but unfortunately the weather was too windy for the other games available.

WOW!!!!

We can only echo previous reviews... The house was incredible, laden with an abundance of high spec equipment. The garden, pool and totally private location were also beyond expectation and all enhanced by perfect weather! Access to stunning beaches and local towns was just a 5 - 10 minute drive. Thanks for a fantastic family holiday!

I let my home out for a few weeks each year. If you are interested in staying in this stunning location please do contact me. I'm sure you will have a fantastic time - it truly is magical here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My home is a converted 18th-century barn. The features of this property, inside and in the gardens, add all the ingredients needed for an unforgettable holiday. The main living area is open the apex offering a bright and airy lounge dining space that maintains a wonderful cosy feeling. The wood-burning stove is perfect for those autumn and winter days curled up with a good book. The study offers a second reception room ideal for playing games and sipping cocktails. The kitchen is large and has a stunning breakfast table. I also have a garden kitchen to ensure your al fresco dining is as sociable as possible. The bedroom all have 1500 pocket sprung mattresses for a comfortable nights rest.
In the garden, my love of the outdoors truly comes to life. The heated swimming pool is under a cover so you can enjoy a swim all year round. The tennis court is located in the garden and also has a basketball hoop ensuring hours of competition and fun. The barn haa a wood-fired pizza oven, gas BBQ with rotisserie and even an outdoor cinema to wyle away the darker evenings. The lawn is perfect for games.
