Great staying in Casa Teulada!

We spent a great time in CasaTeulada 3. Cool and quiet in a village with every day events during the summer. The house is very confortable, well equiped and thought. Everything is perfect and you feel just like home. Very well located as well to visit around. Antonio is very helpful, answering your questions and giving you advice and tips. We loved all the different beaches and go to San Pietro Island. It really worth the experience. We have been twice!

sehr aussergewöhnlich schön

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön gestaltet. Die Bilder auf der Homepage versprechen ja schon viel, und es war wirklich genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir sind am Sonntag angereist und fanden es ganz entzĂŒckend, dass ein paar frische Lebensmittel fĂŒr uns besorgt worden waren. Toller Service!!! Vom Geschirr bis zur WĂ€sche ist alles sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Terrasse teilt man sich mit den Bewohnern der Nachbarwohnung. Es gibt zwar mehrere Ausweichmöglichkeiten, aber man ist schon sehr dicht beieinander. FĂŒr uns war das kein Problem, weil wir sehr nette Nachbarn hatten und man ja tagsĂŒber auch viel unterwegs ist.

A magic place!

Casa Teulada is definitely a fantastic place. When we travel we usually take the time to rent an individual house or apartment and meet the native people, which is more difficult in the context of a touristic hotel. The casa was exactly as described, and we felt ourselves as at home. We were too sad to leave it, and if we decide to come back to Sardinia be sure that we will certainly book more than 3 nights!! Everything is available to make sure that the guests spend a nice stay. It is one of our best souvenirs from this trip. When I asked my husband, I just realized that we are not able to mention a specific thing that was nice
 it is the entire mood of the casa that have make every moment a perfect moment. When I asked my daughter, the things were slightly different. She said: “I loved the sea stars on the wall because at night I can imagine that I am facing the sky during my sleeping, and during the day that I am under the sea.” 
.. :-) It’s just to tell you that it was magic for everybody.

Wir hatten das GlĂŒck, Antonio und Cristina kennenlernen zu dĂŒrfen. Man merkt den beiden an mit wie viel Herzblut sie diese Casa zum Leben erweckt haben und wie sehr ihnen dieser Ort ans Herz gewachsen ist. Abends wurde sogar der Hof in ein Lichtermeer von Kerzen gehĂŒllt! Im Zimmer selbst ist alles zur GenĂŒge vorhanden was man zum tgl. Leben braucht. Teulada selbst ist ein kleiner Ort mit guten Restaurants und ausreichend SupermĂ€rkten. Den Wochenmarkt am Montag sollte man nicht versĂ€umen. Die StrĂ€nde sind wunderbar, das Wasser glasklar. Casa Teulada ist fĂŒr Urlauber die Erholung suchen und ausspannen möchten bestens geeignet. Wir erinnern uns sehr gerne an diese wunderbare Zeit und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Fantastic Holiday !

A huge thank you to Antonio, Cristina, Elena and Family Ledda, for our very warm welcome and wonderful hospitality. We have just had such a magical week staying at this amazing and enchanting Casa. The fabulous decor, and attentive and detailed styling, in both design and architecture, completely thrilled us. (We loved seeing the Casa Teulada book, showing before and after photographs!) We really loved staying there, waking up to the sound of the the church bells ringing, meeting friendly local people,thoroughly enjoying the fantastic food, fresh bread, fruit and vegetables from the market place, pizzas, cheeses, salamis, we were sorry to have missed gelato season, but are sure to return again ! The beaches were superb and the scenic drives were wonderful. We have loved our first visit to Sardinia, and have felt very welcome and so much at home. The Casa teulada was a very inviting, luxurious and cosy place to return to at the end of each days adventures. A huge thank you for everything, we will certainly see you again !!

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Sie ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, es ist unmöglich sich dort nicht wohl zu fĂŒhlen. Maria Elena und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und freundlich. Ich bin sicher, dass wir eines Tages erneut in Casa Teulada Urlaub machen werden. Many Thanks for another fantastic stay

We would like to thank you, and your family, for yet another fantastic holiday at Casa Teulada. The addition of the wi-fi was very much appreciated, especially on the few days when it rained (on the weekend when the residents of Teulada celebrated the festival of San Isidoro!). That said, when the sun was shining, we found a fantastic small cove which we rarely had to share with anyone. It is such a beautiful part of the world. We made great use of the picnic basket. We were all feeling extremely sad when it was time for us to leave and re-join the rat race. The good news is that we are already planning to book 2 weeks for next year....for Casa Teulada 1 or 2.

Bijzondere plek op mooi eiland

Mooie plek ingericht met oog voor detail. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen en ook het boeken verliep uitermate soepel. In dorp zelf is zo buiten het seizoen weinig te doen (enige gast in restaurant). In omgeving wel mooie stranden.

Ruheoase und Bilderbuch Domizil

My friend and I stayed at CASA TEULADA in March for one week. Since this is usually not the hottest time of the year, the warm feeling came back to us, when we steped into our beautiful appartement. We loved it from the first moment on and felt very comfortable. The little town of Teulada is filled with friendly people all over and within ours you feel at home there. From Teulada on, there are many hiking-tours you can take, beach strolls you can go on and its a must to do some insland hoping on the south west coast. We loved every moment at Antonios place here at casa teulada! Its is very clean, lovely interior and you can see in every little detail, how much thought had been put into building this up. Dont hesitate GO THERE!

Unglaublich schön !

"Hallo Cristina und Antonio, um es kurz zu machen : es war perfekt bei euch! Ein Kompliment fĂŒr Geschmack und AusfĂŒhrung der ganzen Casa! Noch nie haben wir ein so abwechslungsreiches und geschmackvolles Ferienhaus bewohnt (wir machen seit 15 Jahren immer wieder so Urlaub, haben also schon einige HĂ€user gehabt) Das erste Mal Sardinien fĂŒr und war ein voller Erfolg, die Insel ist im FrĂŒhjahr genau richtig fĂŒr uns, nicht zu heiss, schön leer, alles blĂŒht...... Das etwas kalte Wasser im Meer schreckt uns nicht, wir waren jeden Tag baden, allerdings immer nur kurz im Wasser ! In Teulada hat es uns gut gefallen, vor allem waren alle Leute sehr freundlich und es gibt dort das beste Eis ! Eine Frage zum Abschluss : Ist es Anfang April auf Sardinien immer so warm oder hatten wir viel GlĂŒck (die ganze Woche waren 20-25°C und voller Sonnenschein)?"

August 2010

We would thoroughly recommend Casa Telulada. The town is a great base for a holiday, we found everybody we met really friendly and helpful, special mention to the lady in the tourist office and the senora in the gelateria ( where we sampled a different flavoured icecream every day of our stay). We loved the bakeries, the Monday market and all the little supermarkets and were charmed rather than irritated by the morning bells from the church. The bike was a great success and my husband was out early each morning up the hill towards Domus, down a track towards Malfatano and back along the coast road to the port and then home to Casa 2 for a well-deserved breakfast....great training for cycling over the Stelvio Pass a fortnight later! We also loved all the local entertainment, the Animar puppetry festival, the feast for the fishermen and , best of all, the breadmaking festival in the beautiful gardens of the Town Hall. We also enjoyed the open-air cinema and two music concerts, all completely unexpected but part of our happy holiday. We would recommend a visit to Nora, fascinating, easy to explore and virtually empty as we strolled about imagining life there centuries ago. Also an interesting visit to Is Zuddas caves and afterwards to the Santadi Cantina to stock up on local wine.

Honeymoon at Casa Teulada

We spent 3 nights at Casa Teulada to start our Honeymoon on Sardinia. The hospitality was excellent from the arriving to the last moments we stayed there. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were wondering about the smart ideas how to combine old furniture and part of the house with the modern comfort. Well done! We also liked the colorful interior. To the beaches we had to drive couple of kilometers and walk some distances to the sea. The beaches are amazing. The pictures in the brochures don't lie :) Our favorites were the white ones, which can not be found anywhere else in the island. We do recommend the Sabbie Bianche and the beaches on the way to Chia. Good places to the kids too. It is sure we will come back with our family and/or friends to stay longer at this wonderful place.

Labour of Love that is good for the soul!

I stayed for ten days(not nearly enough!)in Casa Teulada 3 in May.It is centrally located in a town where the people are friendly and gracious in a beautiful unspoilt part of Sardinia.It was scrupulously clean and cared for by a family who live next door.While the photographs give a very accurate account of the Casa,they do not give the full picture of this delightful place! They cannot demonstrate the welcoming generosity and warmth of the delightful family next door!As an example of this,I returned one evening,to be greeted by all the family and presented with a homemade cake! The owners,Antonio and Christina are the essence of kindness and thoughtfulness, and it became clear to me that their Casa is more a labour of love than a money making venture! There are several restaurants in the vicinity,though I often opted to just eat the local delights outside on the terrace of this peaceful place,watching the swallows,or sipping wine under the stars....very romantic,even as a lone woman...and very safe! There are numerous sandy beaches a short drive away,ranging from the touristy to the secluded,and it was possible to walk around the coast along the rocks. The scenery is simple breathtaking!.....whether driving along the coast road or going across the mountain where the colours are spectacular with wild flowers in abundance! I particularly liked to drive off the beaten track,a day trip to the island of Sant'Antioco,and swimming in the clear clean turquoise sea! Local people in Teulada pointed me in the direction of several worthwhile excursions,many of which will have to wait for my return trip! There is a lovely atmosphere in the Casa which is perfect for anybody looking for a quiet place to recharge the batteries,and which is certainly good for the soul! I would definitly recommend this place to a friend!

A month of Sardinian bliss

We stayed in Casa Teulada 2 for one month, May 2009, and had the best holiday ever. The appartement is amazing, it felt like a home away from home for us. We travelled with our 6 month old baby and couldn't have chosen a better accommodation! Teulada is a lovely little quiet village, very friendly people and a good atmosphere. The beaches around the area can be compared to Maldivian beaches, beautiful clear water and lovely white sand!! We can recommend Casa Teulada to anyone who wants something special for their holiday, we would go back in a heartbeat. Grazie mille!!! Andy, Marita and bambina Sofia

Real Sardinia

We've had a fabulous week in Teulada and met some lovely people. Staying in Casa Teulada makes you feel as if you're experiencing the real Sardinia. It was wonderful to wander out in the morning to buy fresh bread and then eat breakfast in the sunny courtyard. The beach nearby was beautiful and the sea crystal clear. We had fun cooking in and some delicious meals out. We did a little exploring but in the end found we were happiest staying local. It really was a perfect holiday.

Lauschig fĂŒr 2 Personen - Eravamo i primi in CT 3

Ostern 2009 Wir haben Herrn A.B. (Vermieter) und seine Familie schon im Vorfeld unserer Reise als Ă€ußerst bemĂŒhten, freundlichen Vermieter schĂ€tzen gelernt. Wir waren die ersten in Casa Teulada 3 (CT 3) und Herr A.B hielt uns vor unserer Anreise mit Fotos und mails (in engl, dtsch, italienisch) bezgl des Bau- und Einrichtungsfortschritts auf dem Laufenden. Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir per sms begrĂŒsst, eine Flasche Wein und ein netter Brief lagen fĂŒr uns bereit. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartment mit sehr viele Liebe zum Detail. P. und seine Familie (Nachbarn) haben nach dem rechten geschaut, und die Nachbarin G. hat uns sogar mit frischer Pasta versorgt. Sowohl die Nachbarn als auch die Leute im Dorf haben wir als sehr, sehr freundlich erlebt. Dabei haben sicherlich unsere Italiensichkenntnisse geholfen. Spontane Grillaktionen mit Bewohnern von CT1 & CT2, sowie AusflĂŒge auf die Nachbarinsel nach St Pietro, Calgiari, die Besichtigung der nahegelegenen Tropfsteinhölen, viele StrandspaziergĂ€nge, die Karfreitagsprozession, der Chorgesang aus der nahegelegenen Kirche und der Bummel ĂŒber den Markt in Teulada haben zu unserem schönen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Frische Brötchen gab es beim Alimentari gleich gegenĂŒber der Kirche (2 min). Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette Ă€ltere Dame und der Sohn hat mir endlich Scopa beigebracht. Auf dem Ladentisch! Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind völlig ausreichend, fĂŒr grössere EinkĂ€ufe stehen in der Umgebung grössere SupermĂ€rkte zur VerfĂŒgung. Der Einkauf auf dem Markt in Teulada sollte nicht verpasst werden! Schöne StrĂ€nde gibt es noch und nöcher, die DĂŒnen von Chia sind ein Highlight. Letztes Jahr waren wir im Norden, Westen und Osten Sardiniens. Dieses Jahr haben wir die SĂŒdkĂŒste schĂ€tzen und lieben gelernt. Wer keinen Massentourismus braucht und schöne, grĂŒne KĂŒste und die Ruhe liebt, der ist in Teulada richtig. Ein Dorf im Aufbruch! Mit Casa Teulada hat man einen wunderbaren, stilvollen, gemuetlichen, schönen Auskangspunkt um den SĂŒden Sardiniens und das morbide, aber sich ebenfalls im Aufbruch befindenen Calgiari zu entdecken. Wir empfehlen Casa Teulada gerne weiter und wĂŒnschen der Region Teulada, dass sie noch lange ihren Charm behĂ€lt und von grösseren Hotel-Investoren verschont bleibt. B&F aus Hamburg

Awesome Stay

We had an awesome stay at Casa Teulada 3! We met the owners on arrival and were so warmly welcomed we felt immediately at home. We even found a little gift we appreciated very much. The house is absolutely extraordinary! Everything is in place, very well furnished, tastefully designed and spotlessly clean. We noticed the care and attention the owners put in restoring this piece of Sardinian art. We enjoyed long sunny breakfasts outdoor in the courtyard and made friends with the other international guests staying at the adjoining properties! Fun to exchange tips and share points of view on locals, beaches and culture. We truly hope we'll be able to come back soon.

Our stay at Casa Teulada

We had a great time in Casa Teulada. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need and is in a great location in the lovely village of Teulada. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the owners have added lots of lovely touches to the original features. We were there during wet weather in April and the house itself was a little chilly (although there is air conditioning) but I imagine that that coolness is much appreciated in the height of summer. Lots of lovely beaches nearby and a couple of restaurants in the village just a couple of minutes walk away

I've been hosting for several years the Vacation Rental World Summit, the world's best and most appreciated global independent event in our industry. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We were looking for a corner of Sardinia that was still pristine, authentic and full of charme. We stumbled upon the ruins of this old house and it was love at first sight! We started a renovation and made the sphinx raise from ashes again. We envisioned how this would become our dream house in paradise and we could share with other kindred spirits to help support pay for our mortgage and give us a new life.

There are no other properties in the whole area that are as perfectly restored and renovated with such care and attention to details, cheerful color tones, plenty of charme and relaxing atmosphere, and all our guests have been sharing the same feedback over the years: Casa Teulada is their dream home! It's also strategically located on the westernmost tip of the island, giving you access to the best beaches on the west and south coast and it's right into the heart of the village, so you can park your car for free outside the door and walk anywhere. Everything is in a 100 met radius (bars, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, market, supermarkets, etc.) so it's really comfortable. And the beach is just a 4 min drive.
