Perfect Location & Designer Luxury Apartment par le métro Arts & Metiers / Musem

My mom and I stayed here for 6 nights in October and absolutely loved this apartment. The location was unbeatable. Direct access (across the street) to Metro Lines 3 and 11 - that was so convenient. Also walking distance to many tourist spots. There is a Carrefour (market) across the street, a boulangerie (bakery), and a bunch of bistro/bar/restaurants right downstairs. The two flights of stairs were not bothersome for my mom or me at all (even with heavy luggage and heels).

The owners were just so accommodating and kind - we booked last minute (i.e. the night before arriving), and they still managed to organize and make sure that someone was there to meet my mom etc. We didn't need help with tourist info or recommendations, since we are originally from Paris - but there was a concierge, in case we needed that info.

I am a very picky person when it comes to finding the right accommodations. The things that matter most to me are: 1. cleanliness, 2. location, 3. lighting, 4. value. I would say that the apt is not quite "spotless," i.e. you might find a little bit of dust on the bathroom counter, for example, but the parts that are most important were spotless: the bed and bedding, and the bathtub were pristine. The value of this apt cannot be beat. From here on out, this is my apt of choice; I cannot recommend it enough! Too bad it's already booked right after Christmas!

El apartamento tiene de todo y es cómodo de usar. Tiene algunos artículos para uso de los inquilinos que se agradecen al llegar: algo en la despensa, jabones, etc.

El sofá cama del comedor no tiene que armarse, se duerme tal como está y es muy grande.

This cozy apartment’s location is perfect for anyone who wants to be just minutes away from everything Paris has to offer via the metro! Just steps away from two metro stops with everything one might need within walking distance including grocery stores, bakeries and cafes.

Nice apartment for exploring Paris. Walking distance to many of the sites. Metro and bus lines steps away if needed. cafes, restaurants, grocery all very close. Was perfect for our family of 4. Julie was very responsive and accommodating.

A really beautiful flat, great windows looking out into a cool Parisian corner. Comfortable be and luxurious linens. Fun, hip neighborhood with everything you might need close by, grocery store, bakery, bars, coffee, shopping, museums and a fabulous rooftop deck at a hotel within two blocks. A truly fabulous bathtub!
