Budapest Stay

We stayed for one week while visiting Budapest. The Apartment was as in the pictures and very clean upon our arrival. Location is great, everything in the city is within a short walk. Communication was great throughout our stay, I would recommend this place as a nice, affordable place to be able to enjoy the city!

For the price this is a good option and the deluxe room has great toilets and they were all pretty clean! The sofas do have stains on them and my WiFi kept cutting out so used 3G! The main issue was getting in as I wasn’t sent my full check in details took me over 1 hour to get into my room upon arriving on the street

Great place to stay while in Budapest. Lovely clean apartment. Host went out of his way to make check in easy with very clear instructions and even let me check in early. Also gave instructions on what to do in Budapest. Will certainly be staying here again when im next in Budapest

This was the PERFECT Budapest escape flat! Close to everything! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable- the washing machine was a welcome surprise! I would recommend this place so someone visiting Budapest. Eyal was super helpful and sent us the best list of things to do and restaurants- he went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed.

Eyal was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is very comfortable with easy access to transportation--metro station is only 1 block away. 10 to 15 minute to the water front.

No staff on site and you have to get the key from a different location. That's probably not so bad if they tell you that in advance, but they didn't bother with me. The apartment itself is OK but could easily be much better and worth more per night. The decoration is not finished and the front door is very delapidated and sticks. Only one pillow each and only one towel each. There is a huge wardrobe that could easily hold a couple of extra towels and pillows and maybe a blanket for the colder nights. The TV switched on but there were no channels, and anyway it is in the (small) kitchen rather than the (large) bedroom. Nothing was remotely like the apartments in the photos. On the other hand, the shower was good (if a bit smelly), there is a small but functional kitchen complete with full size fridge freezer and a small load washing machine and the bed is comfortable. It is located in the heart of the ruin bar district so would be great for younger people who just want somewhere to collapse and recover, but for anyone else it needs abit of tlc.

The property is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants, bars and transport. The property is an old building and some is still been renovated but our room was great and clean. The rooms dont get serviced whilst you are there but you can pay 10 euros for this. The host Eyal was very helpful and always got back to us straight away when we needed anything but there is no one on site to help. The aparments are great for the location and price.

The website photos were misleading. The drain had a nasty odor, the AC was great in the kitchen but left to be desired in the bedroom. There is no way to block out the light when you sleep, no curtain or window covering in the bathroom, and no hand towels.

I would stay here again. Private and clean place in lively district. Convenient and very helpful host. Apartment is simple and has everything you need (dishes, towels, etc). There is also a laundry machine. Two people could comfortably stay. Host was very personable and helpful - even offered tips for city sights and dining - as well as transportation etc. it can be confusing sometimes to have self checkin at rentals but this was very seamless and easy. Neighborhood is active with lots of murals, art, small parks, grocery stores and wide range of dining options. Budapest itself is very accessible (easy to walk, transportation) and this location is easy to get to lots of places. The rate is also very good. Great for travelers who want to feel like they’re in the city and also have the independence of a self check in option!

Our stay at the property was good. Although it was advertised on the website as "exclusive" and clean, the reality was quite different. The interior of the house felt cheap with several issues such as a broken partition and loose tiles. Additionally, the amenities were lacking: there were no scissors and only one towel per person. The biggest problem was the air conditioning, which barely had enough power to cool the room. On the positive side, the location was excellent, situated in an area with a good atmosphere and many restaurants and bars. It also had good public transportation connections. The host was very friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. However, I didn’t like having to communicate directly via WhatsApp or being asked to send my personal details, such as my ID, through that platform.

Terrible!!!!!! Don't choose here!

The moment i enter the apartment, two guys was standing inside of the room, super sttange, not to introduce themselves and introduce of room facility. Just left the room. Then i instantly smell strong and stinky piping from the sink. Thd room i booked was also not the same one what i saw. They find excuses they're just follow what BQA told them to prepare, there's nothing they can do. First night at shower, found a crack in shower floor. Which is super dangerous and nearly cut my feet. Next morning, report them and send maintenance, tell us due to put glue at the crack, we cannot use the shower for 24hrs. But apartment owner didn't even try to find another room for staying nor say anything to apologize. Worst case, next day have no water. Keep telling me to be patient and they are under fixing the problem. After 2hrs told us the water piping system was broken. Until 2pm, there're still no water.... Btw, their Whatsapp only use robot to send information, after what have happen. They still ask me when i want to check out, if i enjoy my stay. I'm speechless.... I've experienced bad hotels and apartments, but this one is absolutely extreme. For people who expecting to have parking space, they don't have any parking. The information they provided is fake!! There're no 17euro/day parking!!
