A really nice place to stay about 35 mins (walk) to the centre of Ha Noi. The service was good throughout our stay, where the staff were welcoming and always checked if we needed anything else.

Excellent value for the money, great location, good food in the rooftop restaurant. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Miss Kim was extremely helpful to make sure my stay was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely excellent location near the old quarter. Staff go above and beyond to help foreign guests and are so helpful in helping with where to eat and what to do. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Had a lovely time at this apartment! The staff all made us feel very welcome and gave us recommendations for the local area. Our favourite place we have stayed in Vietnam. Beautiful rooftop. Comfy bed and was quiet enough. It’s close enough to be walking distance to the lake ,feeling like you are in the hustle and bustle! Overall, cannot recommend this apartment enough

My girlfriend and I experienced great service while staying here. The receptionist gave us great recommendations, allowed us to leave our luggage there after we had checked out so we could explore more, and were very accommodating to all our requests. Hotel is located near Westlake, rooms are simple but good and there is room service every day. Highly recommend.

The room we booked was a 1-bedroom apartment, Complete with kitchen and laundry. It was also very clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned about being able to find vegetarian foods, but lucky me, there was a vegan restaurant in this hotel. The hotel also offers a litte grocery store in the basement, they make it easy!

Stayed here twice on my trip. The first time I as great, no issues and smooth check in and out. The second time was terrible. We were given a room that had not been cleaned from the previous stay. The replacement room was the same! We had to check the remaining key cards by ourselves to find a clean room. The room we found.. the showerhead was falling off the wall because it's dislodged from it's attachment, very unsafe to shower.

Vacationed in Hanoi for one week and decided to stay at this hotel for 1 night. I didn't go wrong. First impressions are important to me and this place didn't disappoint, the location is less than one hour from the airport, close to a wide array of restaurants and shops. The hotel is posh, clean and comfortable, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever found in a hotel and the view of the city was worth every penny. I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with balcony on 6th floor which was quite spacious with plenty of storage space and conveniences. The property boasts spectacular views, The most important thing to mention is the customer service, every single person I encountered was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. I am looking forward to my return.

The best reception service in my life, I would recommend 10/10. We got help with laundry. Recommendations for exchanging money and sightseeing. They organized two amazing, two day long trips for us. The two receptionists that we met talked well in English. They were polite and friendly. They went extra mile and called different locations and services for us, f.e. reserved tickets to the water pupet theater. The room was clean and spacious. AC worked without any problem. There was always some water and tee in the room. There is a vegan restaurant on 1&2nd floor and city view rooftop cafe on 9th floor, The food was really tasty. Could not ask for more. The hotel is located on main road lead from city center to Hanoi airport.

Very clean place. Very modern. Feels like a mini condo. View out of the window was virtually non existent but doesn't matter. Still get lots of natural lighting. There's a chicken or cockatoo that will wake you up at 4am straight through till 8am or so though. And it's off the main road so you'll be hearing cars and bikes throughout the day. Normal if you're used to Vietnam city culture but could be jarring if you're expecting a quiet stay. It's walkable to a few places but at the same time can be slightly awkward for taxis to come through due to side road's size and entrances. There's a washer which is welcomed but no detergent of any kind. A bit odd considering the unit has almost everything else you'd need. Over all it's a great place

This hotel is not what the pictures appear as from the outside. I arrived very late after landing and my driver and I both could not tell this was the correct location; it literally looks like an abandoned building from the outside. After finally confirming it was real, I got checked in and went to room. Room was fine, mostly like the pictures. View isn’t anything to write home about, your view will be a busy road and a dark, dirty alley. This property should really be more upfront about the amount of construction happening in the building. The outside is filthy and the first floor is a construction zone and equally as filthy. Overall, I was okay enough with it to stay for the week as I booked but I was tempted to change hotels. I would not stay here next visit, however.

The property is new construction, and the reception area is not yet complete. Near the West Lake, it is a 10 minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants, yoga studios, and small shops. Hanoi in general is a very noisy city, with constant road traffic. We slept well and soundly, but plan on waking up early simply due to the hustle and bustle of the city that starts before 7 am. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Given that we have also stayed in the Historic quarter, I have to say I preferred this location as it is a bit more tranquil and you can easily hail a GRAB to get to the tourist areas. I had the misfortune of losing my cell phone as I entered the taxi in front of the hotel in the morning. After informing the reception team, they were able to trace who found the phone in the street by looking at the high definition security camera feed. My phone was then returned to me that evening. The staff went over and beyond to assist in this situation, and I cannot thank them enough.
