Great location, very noisy!

This is a party apartment. Great location but the noise either from the skyscraper construction next door or the nightclub opposite. Also the noise from other apartments was considerable. Not a family location at the weekend.

We loved this property. Came for Thanksgiving Holiday with my family. The place was beautiful, comfortable. It was walkong distance to many attractions and the beautiful park. There was plenty to eat around us and calling an uber was easy and efficient.

The place was exceptionally clean and spacious. The architecture was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and each room had a tv. Cupboards were well stocked with kitchenwares. Towels and linens were nice and clean. It exceeded our expectations.

It was a great alternative to a hotel as we were there for a girls weekend and wanted a comfortable area to sit and chat with some amenities to have breakfast in. The place was modern and clean with comfortable beds and easily accessible by walking to everything downtown as well as the airport. Enjoyed our stay! Only recommendation I gave the owner is maybe installing another mirror as there was only one bathroom mirror but other than that it was fantastic!

Excellent location and apartment layout. Two bathrooms was helpful for our family. Was very clean and tidy within the unit. Great communication from our host. Check in and check out was a breeze. And parking next door was super convenient. Would be happy to stay again.

Great spacious downtown location.

We had a fantastic visit to Montreal. The apartment is located downtown with easy access to restaurants, shops, museums, etc. It was also spacious, very clean and quiet (Saturday night life music nearby drifted up to our 3rd floor bedrooms but it wasn't too bad). The hosts communicated effectively and in a timely fashion. I'd definitely book with them again.

Incredible location in the center of downtown.. Was close to as advertised and very clean. Couple of doors were in disrepair and the handrail to get up the steps into the apartment was badly damaged, to point it could be dangerous.. Instructions to gain entry were spot on, especially important when there is no one on site. Third bed is a pull out couch that was not overly comfortable, but passable. We would probably stay again as it had the most important thing. Location, location, location...

Great experience!

My stay at this apartment was amazing! The space was incredibly spacious, and the balcony/patio offered great views of the city. The prime location made it convenient to explore all the city has to offer, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions provided. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. If I ever have the opportunity to visit again, I would choose this property without hesitation. It's a true gem, highly recommended!

The space itself is perfectly fine, just know this area is bustling at night and will likely be partying until at least 2am. The building is well sound proofed so it wasn't a major distraction but it has the potential to be. If you're coming to party yourself, this is the place, you'll be right in the center of it all.

Great location but beware of safety issues.

Fantastic location but the actual property is a private rental, my fault for not realising, so check in was a challenge as was not provided any codes or keys to make the process easy. Unit up a few flights of stairs, which could be tricky with luggage. The stair bannister is not screwed in, which is highly dangerous. Many maintenance issues, but to be fair, the owner did send out a maintenance person each time. The unit presents well in photos.
Rickety stairs, perhaps tricky with large suitcases.
Sealant around bath. Exposed wires. Smoke alarm was faulty, maintenance came to fix it but it was put on the floor.

Bachelor Party Fantastic

Over this unit is fantastic! Really does look exactly like the pictures. It’s high quality, bright, location is great, very large for an apartment with lots of open areas so you never feel cramped. The master suite is huge. The company that runs it is amazing when it comes to communication and information. There’s a safe and monitored parking lot right next door For a bachelor/bachelorette or a “younger” crowd going to Montreal to party it’s a total 10/10 For our group there were no draw backs other than 1) the showers have no shower curtains or doors so a very large amount of water spills out onto the floor when you shower, to the tune of almost half an inch in the master bathroom 2) There were only 9 towels so you have to make sure to do laundry every day FOR OTHERS The only other draw back is that it’s directly across from Yoko Luna which is incredibly loud until about 3:30am. Didn’t bother us at all but I could imagine a family with the grandparents wouldn’t like it Overall I would definitely recommend this place, we truly enjoyed our time and a big part of that was having a nice comfortable place to come back to every day. So thanks to the hosts!

The property was very convenient for space and location. I have a few issues with the very uncomfortable mattress in the king bedroom and the two sofa beds. The king size bed was extremely worn out and the middle of the mattress dug almost jnto the bedframe. It was very difficult to sleep in fact we slept across the bed instead of head to toe normal sleep because we could not sleep well. The sofabeds are also very dated mattresses. There were no outlets in the king bedroom washroom nor in the vanity area. Made it difficult to get hair or get ready as we had to keep going back and forth to the front washroom. I think for the price you charged me there are some major issues I would like addressed and considered for reimbursements. I was very close to buying a blown msttress for the second night but could not afford that expense. Please advise.
