I enjoyed being close to the river walk and shops. The room was also clean and neat. Very quiet. The check-in and check-out were an excellent process.

It was a really nice set up! No frills like gym pool or cleaning but if you are there for work it’s a great choice!

Amazing studio apartment. It was clean, modern, safe, highly recommend. Communication was excellent and quick to respond with any inquiries. The building was safe. Needed a code to get into the building after 6:00 and a code to get to the floor on the elevator anytime. The neighborhood was amazing with so much within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. Parked in one of the garages for two days the cost was about $30 for two days which was wonderful. The property was clean and quiet for sleeping bed very comfortable would’ve like a real coffee pot, but it worked would definitely stay here again.

If you want to be on Broughton, this is the place. I felt safe, and it was clean. The shower head, sofa mattress, and frying pan needs to be replaced.

Honestly I was let down by this place. When we arrived, there were hair ties left in the bathroom from previous guests and the bed sheets were riddled with stains. Not just small stains. They were multiple feet long and appeared to be some sort of bodily fluid. When we brought this to the host’s attention, we were told to change the bedding ourselves…. There was no other bedding anywhere in the unit. Then we were told to check the linen closet at the end of the hallway and, you guessed it, there weren’t any! Responses were automated and useless. After finally reaching a human via phone, they had to “approve” a room change with their manager. We ended up switching rooms and the unit seemed cleaner other than a small stains on the bottom corner of the bed. This location is also VERY noisy. You can hear EVERYTHING through the windows. Be prepared to be woken up at 6am by drunks, garbage trucks, loud cars, people yelling, and more. It was unbelievable. Also good luck with parking! You’ll get lucky if you get a spot you have to pay for within 2 blocks of the place. This is NOT how I wanted to end the night after getting engaged earlier that day. Experience ruined!

NOISE YOU WILL NOT SLEEP HERE The walls are paper thin. We could smell the weed the unit next to us was smoking and hear the opening of every beer. Let alone how loud and clear every voice was. Beleive me when I say our kids can sleep thru anything, but none of us could sleep here. If you think the people noise was bad. The road noise is so much worse

Very cute, clean, secure in a Great area, very walkable to all the sites in the historic and river districts. No onsite parking but the city parking garage was very close (And reasonably priced).

Check in was relatively easy. The location was excellent. The concept is good. Room was a little banged up, shower door didn’t close, closet doors hanging by a thread. Saturday night was totally crazy noisy with loud car stereos, engine revving etc. windows not sound proof? On top of it all hide a bed didnt work. Had to sleep on couch. Parking kind of a nightmare.

The location of this property is great being very walkable to all areas of Savannah. Even though parking is not available on-site, a public garage is one block away. A CVS is located right across the street if you forget any toiletries. We did have two issues. The sofa bed was broken and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Also the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you will hear everything, and I do mean "everything" your neighbors do. So if you need your sleep, not a great choice.

As soon as we walked in we were satisfied. The kitchen is stocked and ready, all you need are your groceries. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, along with some laundry pods. Dishwasher with pods. Everything we needed for our week stay.

Unit was overall as pictured and was nicely located and equipped. Furnishings were comfortable and there were nice extras like a fan, coffee/tea, and a sound machine, all of which came in handy! The unit could use some maintenance work, however, as its showing some wear. Quite a few scuffed walls and areas of mildewy caulk in the bathroom.
