We had a really lovely stay at Crescent Lodge for three nights. The hosts were wonderful, very kind and welcoming. The room was cleaned to a high standard and we felt that the hosts put a lot of care and love in to Crescent Lodge. Breakfast was delicious and there is a full choice of options for a cooked breakfast and one day when we needed to leave early for a day trip, they were kind enough to pack us a sandwich to go for breakfast. Overall the room was comfortable and spacious with good amenities. Parking available at the property for guests is very convenient.

Absolutely fantastic 3 night break. Couldn’t fault the accommodation at all. The hosts were friendly, informative and accommodating. Room was spotless. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. Just a short walk down to the harbour too. Would definitely stay here again

Great location as 10min walk to harbour. Free parking space out front of property. Lovely welcoming hosts. Very good breakfast included every morning. Room was cleaned and plenty of tea/coffee replaced daily, fresh towels etc. Very good value for money and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay with Gwenn and Lee again.

Spot on!

This was our second visit to this b and b. Lee and Gwen have invested a lot of time, effort and money into their business and it shows. Everything is spot on! Comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms, beautifully cooked breakfast with quality local ingredients. What's not to like.

Whitby holiday

My wife and i stayed at crescent lodge for 7 nights. It was very clean and welcoming & the breakfast was superb. Our room was big with plenty of wardrobe & drawer space. It had a large tv & the ensuite was excellent with a nice big shower. If i was being picky i'd say the bed was too soft for me. Lee & Gwen were knowledgeable about the local amenities, walks etc. I would definitely stay there if i was going to Whitby again.

Crescent Lodge is spotless with very tasteful decor. The rooms are of a very high standard standard with every amenity you may require. This was our second stay at the guest house and will definitely be returning. Gwen and Lee are excellent hosts and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Lee's breakfasts are second to none. Gwen was lovely to chat to at breakfast time and always showed interest in what you had been doing. I would recommend Crescent Lodge to all ages as it is only a 10 minute walk down into the centre of town.

Lovely stay in a great place 👍

We really enjoyed our stay, the place is lovely, clean and very comfortable. Gwen and Lee were fantastic hosts and so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The breakfast was amazing and delicious and we loved it. We had a great trip and the B&B is situated in a great position with a 10 minute walk to the town. We had such a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

Best ever.

We've stayed in Whitby on numerous occasions and I have to say this is probably the best B+B we have stayed at, if not the best. A very warm welcome, spotlessly clean, superb breakfast and the bonus of free parking right outside the front door.

An excellent guest house. Gwen and Lee were the perfect hosts. On our tour of northern England, this was the best breakfast by far. Would recommend to anyone. Would I go back? Definitely. Can't thank them enough.

A fabulous guest house.

Myself and my son had a really lovely 2 night stay here. We were warmly welcomed and liked how we were able to prebook our breakfast items in advance. The room was large, airy, bright and comfortable with excellent amenities. The guest house is an excellent location to walk into town or by heading in the other direction, the west cliffs. Would absolutely return to this guest house next time I visit Whitby. :) Jayne and Cayne.

Excellent guest house.

Our 3 day stay was excellent. Gwen and Lee are perfect hosts and asked regularly if everything was OK. The room was large and spotless with all you would need for a short stay. The breakfast was fabulous, the best we have had in a guest house. All ingredients were of the highest quality and every request was met to the finest detail. We will most definitely return and recommend to anyone. Just 15 minutes walk down to the harbour.

Fourth Stay.

Another great stay at this guest house. Think we've stopped in most of the rooms now and none disappoint. Cleanliness is spot on even with the covid restrictions ongoing. Breakfast super (even if you do put your form in late) with ample choice and good quality products. Hopefully be back later in the year.
