Great apartment with amazing sea view. Can be a bit noisy in the evening as it’s above a restaurant. Probably not suitable for young families or anyone who’s a light sleeper wanting to go to bed before 11. But fine for us. No on-site parking (description not accurate). Loads of free parking on the street. Hosts were great and very friendly.

Lovely property in great location in the centre of Appledore. Hosts were super helpful and friendly. Pizza restaurant run by owners on the ground floor of the building looked fantastic. Apartment was very well appointed although bed was not a comfortable as it might have been. Otherwise couldn't fault it.

A lovely place to stay in Appledore. Great views of the estuary from the living room. The apartment was clean - and well stocked with all of the amenities you need to feel at home. The location was great - with everything that Appledore has to offer just a short, easy walk away. We loved our stay here and hope to return!

We had a lovely 3 days here. Couldn’t fault the apartment it was top class with beautiful views across the quay. It was nice & clean & the owners were very helpful & friendly. We ate in the Flame Factory underneath the apartments which also belonged to the Owners and the food was great & not too pricey either. Very enjoyable stay.

Flame factory top flat

Lovely and clean place. Amazing views from the living room. Super friendly and helpful owners - we realised a couple of hours after check-out that we forgot some stuff in the flat. The landlord let us back in with no delay and problems. We stayed with 2 children and 1 baby and it worked very well for us.

A lovely place to stay in a quaint seaside town

Lovely apartment in a perfect location, with a great sea view. Two beatiful en-suite bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Add to that a good restaurant downstairs, run by the family, with good food and excellent service. Would 100% recommend, and hope to return later in the year.

If you are in the area it's a must for a stay

Perfect stay in a beautiful well positioned spacious apartment, every aspect of the fixtures and fittings were extremely well thought out. Beautiful large shower room. Great food downstairs in The Flame Factory which we tried out both nights. We would definitely return if we are in the area
