The room was small, but efficient. Ok for a quick stay. Shared kitchen and living room would be great for a group of people to stay for a frw days.

I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.

Communication was great, but the room was not clean. The sheets had black hairs everywhere. As soon as I looked under the bottom sheet, it was worse. The dust was awful too. And it got really hot during the night. Unfortunately, you have to share the temp with other guests staying. So keep that in mind. There was no refund offered. Just a new room in a totally different building, and my circumstances it wasn’t an option. If it was actually cleaned and had clean sheets it wouldn’t be a bad place to stay considering the location too and close to the hospital and other facilities.

The property is very clean and affordable, however, I would caution any women thinking about staying there by themselves. It is a shared living space with private bed and bathrooms. The issue is that there is only the keypad locking the bedroom door. No deadbolt or other security features. And it is just you and the other renter(s) there. No desk person, etc.

Was checking in and didn’t receive the code for the parking garage, the parking garage code was different than the check in code. After event got back to stadium suite and the code worked to enter the building, once arrived at room the code was not working. Called support and was hung up on multiple times during late hours, was told they were going to call their maintenance person (at 12 am) after a concert. And all belongings were locked inside the room so didn’t have keys, or any other personal belongings. After 45 mins of trying to type in the code, the door magically starting working. Would not recommend. Not worth what I paid - esp to have extreme issues since arrival to departure.

We booked two rooms for our trip. Our rooms were booked by the host in separate buildings...far from each other. Both of the rooms we were given were not cleaned upon our arrival, which was well after the check in time. It took a while to get new rooms. I had to go out of my way to suggest that our rooms, which were booked together, were in the same building. The rooms were nice. I will say that I didn't feel very safe as a women staying on this property. There isn't much protecting you from strangers. The room doors have deadbolts but with no employees onsite I didn't feel as safe. The rooms were very clean and as expected. You can hear everything going on in the rooms above you. So, if you are a light sleeper this may not be your best option. It was nice having onsite parking in a secure garage. It would have been nicer if we were able to access the garage by one of the other doors closer to our assigned building, rather than having to navigate all the way back to the garage door itself. The garage door is closest to building 1-5...if you are staying the the other higher number buildings you will need to lug your luggage a long way. I'd stay here with a group. I would not stay here alone as a woman for safety reasons. You are better off at a hotel.
