Location was fantastic. Room was wonderful. Best shower of our 2 week trip through 5 stops. Elevator was down for a couple days but stairs are nice and wide for easy tracking up and down. Having laundry mud trip was amazing. Don’t be discouraged by the hallway carpet, the rest of the stay is exceptional.

Wonderful Choice

Great Place to stay. Good location that few minutes walk from the Metro Station. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen equipped everything you need. The bathrooms are really nice with underfloor heating and rain shower head. The whole apartment is spacious and we really enjoy to stay there.

Excellent stay.

It was very comfortable stay and close to ring strat and other attractions. Centrally located to metro station and tram stops. Washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Note that there is no one at the reception and you get your access codes to enter the apartment at 3 pm on check in date. Had no issues. The only downside was that there was no way to keep the luggage for couple of hours post check out.

Limehome exceeded our expectations for location and proximity to the train station. The local community is all you need to be very comfortable with dining options and basic shopping. We rented 3 units in this building - all were clean and well equipped for our stay.

Good location to explore Vienna by train or walk distance. Safe area. Easy check in and good help center by whatsapp. Main entrance with stairs. That makes a problem for families with stroller. Very low standards of cleaning and amenities.

Excellent location, quiet neighbourhood directly across the street from the U line subway. I didn't hear any noises at night besides one ambulance during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't use it. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were both huge. The only thing to complain about was that the floors were not very clean and there was a sock from the previous guests left on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Bring slippers!

In Desperate need of new computer system

I have nothing to say about this hotel because I couldn't stay here. After booking this hotel months in advance, i arrived to find out on the day of my reservation—after arrival-that the booking had been cancelled. Imagine this feeling! Shortly after receiving this news, I was offered a bait and switch: get your money back or accept a room somewhere else. Of course I accepted the room elsewhere but it wasn't the same and what these people did destroyed a day of my vacation. Then after i accepted they cancelled the new room while at the same time sending me an entry code. I spent the entire stay worried someone else was going to show up for the same room. This company needs to hire a person and ditch their AI computer system!

Excellent value accommodation- only downside is that it feels difficult to communicate with them if you have any issues as there are no staff on site, or at the end of a phone. Maybe I’m mistaken but found it hard to contact them.

Great apartment, a little out of the way

Lovely apartment, spacious, comfy, modern! A little out of town but just across the road from a subway station, which is really easy to navigate into the city centre and around. Not much nearby in the way of convenience stores/restaurants though. Also, we booked a balcony apartment - it was not a nice scenic balcony, it just overlooked an internal yard area.

Great stay

Great apartment near public transit with easy access to the old town. Elevator in the building and access to a roof top terrace. Washer and dryer are free to use in the basement. All amenities include n the kitchen were includes. No mirrors in some WC ans the shower in the shower room always sprays onto the entire floor. No convenient parking nearby and you require a permit to street park.

What an awesome place to stay. Loved it!

My family of four stayed in the three bedroom apartment on the top floor #601 and it was outstanding for the price. Quiet , spacious and modern. We all loved it. Kitchenette and three toilets. Free laundry including dryers downstairs. Situated right on the River with an Underground station Roßauer lande(U4) straight across the street makes it an outstanding place to stay. Our second Limehome property this trip and I’m a massive fan of this company and their apartments. Only issue. No shower head wall attachment in master bathroom.

Great location for the U4 UBahn line. Property was a little out of the way. There were several bars and eating places in the vicinity. Found that you needed reservations for some of the eating places. Property itself was easy to locate. There are an initial flight of stairs prior to reaching the first floor of rooms. Thereafter there was a small elevator. Apartment was huge and it was clean. One thing that did strike us is that it lacked character. Very sterile. However at the end of the day as long as you have a warm comfortable place to chill and get a good nights sleep. That’s what counts.

Awful communication. Failed to inform me that my room wasn't able to be used and I only found this information out because I messagd first. Unable to comment on room itself. Was left homeless in Vienna as a result of poor communication

Good location but also problems

Good: Excellent location, close to U-Bahn and good restaurants, cafes, etc. Bed was comfortable and appeared clean. Apartments are pretty large. Not-so-good: can only contact management via WhatsApp, response times can be quite long. Some appliances not working, bathrooms not clean upon arrival - hair, contact lenses, lipstick marks left from previous guest. Elevator was broken for several days during visit, despite repeated reminders to management. It would have been nice to post a sign on the elevator not to attempt to use during this period.

This is one of the nicest limehomes we’ve stayed it. The room itself is massive and very grand looking. The locations is steps away from the metro and not far from grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. We stayed with our two children and it was perfect. Mobility wise, there are some steps about 10-12 stairs to get into the main floor where the lift is located, and in order to use the laundry, you must go down stairs from this floor as the lift doesn’t go into the basement, which might be inconvenient for people with mobility issues. While we prefer to stay in limehomes, this is the first one where there must of been some communication issues between the support staff and office staff as we had requested a new sheets as our daughter had gotten sick in the middle of the first of three nights and they were never replaced after multiple requests. There was also no laundry detergent refilled in the laundry area, and we found out on our last night that our stove wasn’t working. (Thankfully the oven worked). Aside from these inconveniences, we feel as though these are inconsistent with the limehome chain. We’ve never had any issues with any of our limehomes and so we only removed a star for communication. Honestly, even with this slight annoyances, we’ve probably stay here again, the price vrs what you get & the location are superb.
