This lovely, spacious condo is tucked away in beautiful uptown Pagosa Springs. Bright and airy with beautiful modern decor, there is plenty of room to lounge in the comfy living room in front of a fire or relax on the deck with its views of Pagosa Peak and frequent visits from the local deer population. When not enjoying the tranquility of the back patio, you are just a 10- minute walk or bike ride to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and boutique stores. It is also conveniently located as a three-minute drive from essentials such as the grocery store, gas station, and much more. When you are ready to explore beyond, downtown Pagosa is only an 8-minute drive away with hot springs, restaurants, shopping, rafting/tubing and other activities are at your fingertips.
This mountain haven sleeps up to 8 people and offers everything you need to enjoy your time in Pagosa Paradise. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, suitable for families and adults who want a peaceful, quiet getaway. Noise & light ordinances are implemented by the county & HOA with fines for excess noise &/or leaving exterior lights on during the daytime or after 10:30 PM. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am.
Parking Notes: There is free parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

Home Layout:
As you enter through the front door the main living area is directly in front of you and the primary bedroom, bathroom and laundry are to your left. The main living area is spacious with plenty of seating, a cozy fireplace, large dining room table, fully appointed kitchen and wall-to-wall windows that overlook the deck and large greenbelt area. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed, ample storage space and has its own entrance to the first floor bathroom. Upstairs you will find the second full bathroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a second queen size bed, the other with two twins.

Fantastic experience
We stayed in Pagosa Springs for a Wolf Creek ski trip with my adult kids. The accommodations were so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. Communication with the property management was great. 5 star experience

We absolutely loved our time spent in Pagosa Springs, CO! The house was wonderful. It was exactly as pictured and the owner/management company was always available when we needed to communicate with them. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Wonderful stay in Pagosa Springs
My husband and two teenage boys had a lovely time at the condo. It was our last stop on a 12 day road trip, and it was perfect for our family. We decided it was the best stay of the trip! The team responded immediately to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. My oldest son loved the open green space out back for throwing the football. The location was great! Close to restaurants, shops and grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!!

Truly paradise
This place is simply amazing.
The mountain scenery from the back porch is breathtaking. After a long day of hiking, I was exausted; sitting on the back porch was so relaxing. All I heard was the mountain breeze.
This condo has everything and I mean everything you would ever need.
The location is within easy walking distance from grocery store to coffee shops and restaurants.

Awesome stay in Pagosa Springs
This property was awesome! It was so thoughtfully decorated for our stay in the mountains. This townhouse was clean, spacious, and well stocked with linens, kitchen items, and much more. Grilling on the deck with views of mountains made for enjoyable evenings following days of exploring the town and surrounding areas. Groceries, a coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance was a huge bonus. Can’t wait for our next booking. Highly recommend!
