The Space:

Tiny Sublime by Tiny Away is located at Kia Ora, half way between Tin Can Bay & Gympie. Gympie is renowned for its thriving agriculture, and its position as a gateway to the scenic Cooloola Coast and breathtaking Mary Valley.



Tiny Sublime is nestled in a "Koala habitat" with a creek nearby where you might spot the occasional platypus, creating a peaceful setting for guests to unwind. Nearby, guests can experience rural farm life, including visits to farms, orchards, and scenic walks. After busy day sightseeing you can relax in front of the fire pit and watch the sunset.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment and bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin and gas-heated shower.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings.



NOTICE: There are farm animals and agricultural activities in the area. If you want a taste of farm life away from the city bustle, this tiny house is perfect for you.



The Neighborhood:

Tiny Sublime by Tiny Away is a peaceful farm stay in Kia Ora, just 25 minutes from Gympie and an hour from the Sunshine Coast. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, it's the perfect base for relaxing while exploring the region's beautiful beaches and outdoor attractions.



From here, discover Tin Can Bay, where wild dolphins often visit the waterfront, stroll the scenic coastal trails of Noosa National Park, or venture into the diverse landscapes of Great Sandy National Park for endless outdoor adventures.



Enjoy fresh, locally sourced meals and craft brews at Sublime Farm & Brewery. Nearby, Rainbow Beach invites you with its colorful sand cliffs, relaxed beach vibe, and easy access to Fraser Island and the Cooloola section of Great Sandy National Park.



Within an hour, you can explore more coastal gems like Marcus Beach, Sunrise Beach—close to Noosa—and Peregian Beach, a peaceful village with pristine shores.



Getting Around:

By car:



- 35 mins to Rainbow Beach

- 50 mins to Sunshine Coast

- All are accessible by 2WD access, 20 mins from Gympie

Other Things to Note:

- No dogs allowed

- Gas Weber BBQ Grill is available

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except in designated areas

- Expect roaming farm animals and agricultural activities in the area

- Telstra and Optus have good phone signals; others have no signals

- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property

- We would like to advise guests that longer check outs have an additional charge

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving

- We are situated by a campsite with occasional noise. If you have any concerns about the noise, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.



Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
