Ce spacieux condo de trois lits et trois salles de bain arbore deux chambres avec lit king-size et une tanière convertible. Il peut accueillir six personnes avec suffisamment de salles de bains et d'équipements pour satisfaire tout le monde. À 40 secondes de marche de la plage et de tout ce que Cowpet Bay a à offrir - sports nautiques, piscine, bain à remous, deux restaurants et même un bar de plage! Il est situé dans une communauté fermée dans les minutes souhaitables de l'East End de Red Hook et du ferry pour St. John. La plage sur la propriété est excellente et il y a beaucoup d'autres plages à une courte distance en voiture. Appareils haut de gamme, plus laveuse et sécheuse! Salle à manger intérieure et extérieure! Les vues du condo sont tout simplement magnifiques! Vous allez adorer votre temps ici! (Wi-Fi et abonnement à la piscine inclus.)

Sheets were soft, beds were comfy, shower was great, amazing views, hosts were very responsive. Would stay again.

Great Stay at St. Thomas

Great condo for our family of 6 with plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, and amazing views. It was a perfect home base for us to enjoy all that St. Thomas has to offer.

Truly Paradise

Spacious, well stocked with excellent views. Enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee and evening drinks. Beach is a short walk away as is the pool.

Nice, comfortable condo

Owner was very responsive to our needs. Even though we had a short stay, we loved the proximity to beach. Access to a very nice pool with bar and restaurants next door. Condo was well equipped with most anything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful time

Communication from the time we booked until after our stay was amazing. Check in was smooth and a thorough tour of the condo was provided. Amazing location.Condo was well stocked with supplies including kitchen items, towels, coolers etc. A fantastic experience.

Well-appointed space, perfect for our family

My wife and I enjoyed this rental with our three kids. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was great that there were beach chairs, coolers, etc. for us to use. The owner's representatives were quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful.The beach and pool were lovely - not too crowded, and the two on-site restaurants were great.We would definitely come back. Thanks so much!

Spectacular Views!!!

The condo was very spacious, had everything you needed for the beach, snorkeling and plenty of cooking appliances and utensils for cooking.For our family it was great to have 3 bedrooms and bathrooms Our host Richard was accessible and was quick to fix the AC and Marcella was always available to answer any questions!! The views from the balcony were unreal!! Better than the photos on the site.The location of this condo was perfect, so close to food stores,and Red Hook to take the ferries.Was also nice to use the condos beach and pool when we needed to just relax. They only thing they didn’t have was a fitness center, which was fine because we got plenty of excuse on our trip.. We will definitely be returning to Cowpet Condos!!!

The Perfect Place

Excellent, clean spacious condo. Kitchen fully accommodated. Plenty of towels and paper products for group. Small amenities in every room. Easy to reach beach, ferry, food and other activities. Landlord very accommodating. Breath taking view from patio.

It was OK.

I just feel the place needed to be brighter and with lighter furniture to make it look roomier. It just seemed dingy. Our room was nice but the other needed updated furniture. The pictures made it look nicer than it was. Marcella was very nice and explained everything for us.

High School Graduation Trip

Marcella, the property manager was the only positive experience my family and I had. The condo is cluttered and you are staying among the owners things. The condo has cameras in various areas of the home and even though some of them have black tape over the, this creeped all of us out. Someone was constantly controlling the A/C settings even though we never turned the air below 70 per the instructions - the first night we stayed my daughter woke up in a sweat to discover the A/C unit had been reset to 78! I will never stay in this unit again.

We appreciate your feedback. All personal items are stored away in a private closet, I'm sorry if there was something left out. We do use the condo from time to time. To enhance our renters experience we provide binoculars, beach chairs, Bose portable speaker and other personal effects to share. The cameras are not connected and this should have been communicated to you by our property manager. We advised a previous guest they could put tape over them, but later they noticed that they weren't wired into anything, We had them installed a over two decades ago as there were long periods we weren't at the condo. They're no longer needed. I apologize if you did not receive instructions to operate the Nest thermostat - certainly we always emphasize to feel free to contact our property manager for any questions or concerns you may have. We take pride in the magnificent experience and vacation that others have enjoyed in our condo and hope you will re-consider returning soon.

Hard to find big condo for adult groups!

Stunning views, property exactly as pictured and described. Pros:- Condo easily fit a group of adults. 3 full baths, 3 private bedrooms were key!- Richard owner and Marcella property manager made everything super easy. I had questions in the months before and Richard always answered quickly- View is gorgeous, space feels very private. You don’t see or hear people in other balconies- Condo was stocked w everything you could need, including beach games, speaker, chairs for when we went to Magens and Sapphire. Bathroom and kitchen also well stocked- Cowpet Beach community safe, chill, beautiful- Caribbean Fish Market food and dining were expensive but awesome. Shout out to our server The Ambassador!- Pool is pretty and hot tub is nice. Pool bar hours were not fixed, just when the bartender felt like working. Which was fine, you can also bring your own drinks to the pool and beachCons:-120 stairs from beach to condo. We thought it would be no big deal but the stairs are tiring enough that you will not want to go down to beach as much as you think- Sangrias drinks were not that tasty and the server was super confused and slow- The beach and pool are very quiet so if your family likes access to entertainment or lots of activities this may not be vibrant enough- Food Center is the nearest drive but selection is limited and the prices are crazy high. We heard it’s better to drive to Cost U Less but didn’t shop there so don’t know for sure- Pkg tight4 us it was 5*!

Comfortable Condo with Beautiful Views

We stayed here while competing in a regatta at the Yacht Club in Cowpet Bay. The location was very convenient, the condo was comfortable and well appointed, and the views over Great St. James Island were wonderful. John was also very flexible and allowed us an early check-in and to extend our stay by two nights with no hassle.

Clean, great view, quiet location

We enjoyed our stay. The view was fantastic, however it is a bit of a hike down to the beach and restaurant. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the bed comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony! There is really nothing within walking distance for any amenities, plan to either rent a car or spend the money in taxi's to run to Red Hook for any provisions, etc. Overall I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Cowpet Bay West. The view from the balcony was great and the condo was very well stocked. It is a bit of a walk to the beach and the pool, with lots of steps. Had dinner at the Caribbean Fish Market and that was great with live music. John was also very easy to work with on the reservation. Thanks!

This was a nice condo with a spectacular view of the bay. Unfortunately it wasn't clear that one of the beds was a sofa bed and it was not comfortable. Also, the AC struggled to cool down the condo. Remote cameras everywhere in the condo were covered with sheets of paper but still was kinda creepy.

paradise on the beach

Have stayed at this beautiful resort/condo and have always loved waking up to the magnificent view of sun, sand and turquoise water. Great location and close to all amenities-beachfront restaurants, pool, snorkeling right off the beach. Condo well maintained and has an end location so there are no neighbors on one side. Owners very receptive to any questions. Quiet and tranquility abound.

CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK – PERFECT VACATION/CONDO AT COWPET! After researching numerous vacation spots in the Caribbean, we heard a lot about the East End of St Thomas, overlooking St John. Wow! We loved this condo and location…. AMAZING VIEWS from several terraces-directly overlooking St John & Christmas Cove. Breezy and very comfortable – excellent bedding/mattresses too! The beach was beautiful and perfect with 2 restaurants right on the beach, Sangrias which is casual and Caribbean Fish Mkt which is definitely gourmet level and ranked among top on St Thomas. Snorkeling was excellent and beach was never crowded! The condo was spacious, clean and high end kitchen- granite countertops with high end appliances. Pool, hot tub and barbeque were nice additions also steps from beach. The landscaping and flowers were beautiful also. We ventured to St John twice which was only 15 minute passenger ferry – the ride was unexpected heaven, especially coming back to St Thomas at night with star- lit sky. They run till 11 pm. We snorkeled with turtles and visited the most pristine beaches ever (and we’ve been to many other islands)!! Only regret – wish we could have stayed 2 weeks rather than 1 week!!! Toni O.
