Welcome to our modern stylish suite with a spectacular city views and is central- located in the heart of Toronto!
Steps away from Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame, Aquarium, Union Station, and Convention Centre. Convenience at your doorstep with on-site Longo's Grocery, Starbucks, TD Bank, and LCBO Liquor. Close to the highway, restaurants, and Harbourfront!
The space
Warm and inviting, youâll feel perfectly at home in this 1 bedroom + den 1 bathroom condo which offers a stunning city view. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, groups, families and those in the city for business.
The bright living area is a great place to relax and entertain and it has a 65" Samsung TV where you can watch your favorite movies. In addition to choices of restaurants nearby, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cookware, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything for your cooking needs. It's the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
After a fun day of adventure, make your way into our bedrooms which are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the relaxation you need. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the den has a double-sized bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space.
Have a cup of coffee and sit on outdoor seating on the balcony while admiring the nightlight and day view of the city!
For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace setup for you in the den!
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
An ensuite washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi of up to 1.5 Gbps are all provided during your stay!

* Building amenities (9th floor) are available for guests staying for 30 days or longer only. The outdoor pool (10th floor) is only open subject to weather and at building management's discretion.
*There is no free parking provided in this unit but there are several paid parking options nearby:
- Green P Parking - 7 mins walk from the unit
- 40 York St
- South Parking - Metro Toronto Convention Centre - 6 mins walk from the unit
- Lower Simcoe St
- The building also offers a paid secure underground parking garage with 24/7 security that has direct suite access through the elevators for only 20-30 CAD per day. The parking garage entrance is just beside the buildingâs main entrance of 65 Bremner Blvd, across from Scotia Bank Arena.
*Please note: The double-sized bed is located at the den.
