Thank you for being our guests at Wonder Vacation Homes, we are glad to hear you had a good stay. We provide one towel per person for the max capacity of the home, which means this home had 10 towels and has washer and dryer for fresh cycle, we also do not provide pool towels. But we hope to host you next time for an even better experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that we do provide standard home amenities for our guests, including towels, linens, bedding, laundry detergent, dish soap, and several other essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It’s possible you may be referring to additional extras beyond the standard amenities, which we do not offer. However, stating that we do not provide any amenities is misleading and does not accurately reflect what is included in the home. We kindly ask that reviews reflect accurate information so future guests have a clear understanding of what is provided.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and overall experience. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance issues to our attention — we're already addressing the dishwasher, coffee maker, and shower to ensure everything is in perfect condition for future guests. Your comments help us improve, and we hope to host you again soon for an even better stay! — Wonder Vacation Homes

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and that the themed rooms were a hit with your group! We’d like to clarify that certain amenities, such as the pool restaurant, bar, and ice cream parlor, are managed by the resort complex—not directly by us. This is outlined in the rental agreement you signed prior to arrival, and we always encourage guests to reach out with any questions before their stay. Regarding the cleanliness of the home, we take this very seriously. Our team thoroughly vacuumed and mopped the floors before your arrival, and we have inspection photos to confirm this. We're sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. We also strive to make communication as clear and accessible as possible, with detailed information sent via email and available in the guest portal. We’re always happy to help by phone as well, and we're glad you were able to reach us when needed. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve. Wonder Vacation Homes

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the comfortable beds, the private pool, and that our team was able to make your check-in seamless. We wanted to clarify a few points regarding the extras. The grill does come with a full propane tank and all necessary grilling essentials, so guests are able to use it without any additional charges. Other items like a crockpot, portable crib, or additional cooking equipment are available as optional rentals for those who need them, which is fairly standard for fully furnished vacation homes. While these items are not included in the base rental, this approach allows us to keep the home affordable while giving guests flexibility for what they actually need during their stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope this helps clarify how the rental works. We’d be delighted to host you again anytime and are glad to hear you would consider staying with us in the future!
