This beautiful light-filled space captures the early morning sunshine, relax over your first coffee and soak up the stunning views overlooking the spectacular Rubicon Estuary.

Enjoy a beach walk or swim, bring the surfboard, take the kids to the island at low tide for a crab/starfish hunt.

Unwind @Hawley Beach is a warm, spacious and light-filled 3 bedroom home right across from Hawley Beach.

Furnished tastefully and for you comfort, relax your stay away and soak in the ocean views from the upstairs bedroom, lounge & balcony, or if you need some personal space, spread out between our three large living areas including the entertainment room.

There are three bedrooms, the master is upstairs and has a walk-through wardrobe into the ensuite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms are downstairs and share a bathroom with shower, one room contains 2 x single beds, the other a queen bed with a built-in wardrobe.

Impress your day-time visitors with your culinary prowess in our large undercover, outdoor entertaining area equipped with a Weber BBQ and ample seating.

There's a good-sized laundry with internal and external access, equipped with washing machine and dryer (for those rainy Tassie days).

And perhaps most importantly, you have a perfect swimming area straight out front...Hawley Beach! Just beware of submerged rocks at high tide...

Other than one cupboard we use for supplies, you have booked the entire space...enjoy!

As you're likely already aware, it's self-checkin with the key lockbox on the side of the house:)
However, we are locals living just around the corner. Please call us anytime if you have any issues whatsoever, and we'll be more than happy to assist.

Hawley Beach and surrounds are the ideal escape for any time of the year. With it's picturesque sandy beaches and pristine waters for swimming, fishing, a spot of surfing, or taking the kids fossicking out to the Island at low tide, Hawley has something for everyone.

Within one minutes drive is the boat ramp (4wd needed!), there's a local surf club and markets open on a Friday night during the summer months, offering local food, produce, music and entertainment.

All within a five-minute drive of Hawley you'll find Woolworths, Amcal Pharmacy, BWS, United fuel station, IGA Supermarket, Shearwater Food Co and the Shearwater Tavern.
In addition there's a selection of fine cafes - The Workshop, Muse, Brewstone and Trend Shed are all close by and ready to keep you caffeinated!

You'll find Hawley is quiet and friendly, most will say hi on their morning walks and you'll see some of our senior citizens (or polar bears) going for their early dip all-year-round.

There's a bus service that will take you into Devonport (Merseylink), otherwise with enough notice there's Devonport Taxi's on 131008.
Sadly there's no Uber service as yet in the local area, bear in mind Hawley is a quiet place...the reason you've gotten away from the hustle & bustle to begin with!
Please ensure wheelie bins are place kerbside Wed night for collection early Thurs morinngs, if unsure which bin please just observe neighbours or put both out to be sure.
