Step into the upper level of this property where you’ll be greeted by an inviting dining room, equipped with a heat pump / aircon unit to keep you comfortable all year round, boasting panoramic views of both the serene lake and the lively children's playground just across the road on the other side of the house.

Feel the stress melt away as you step onto either of the inviting decks, located at the front and rear of the house. Whether it's a morning coffee soaking up the sunrise or a sunset ‘al-fresco’ dinner, these outdoor spaces are perfect for any time of day.

The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventurers with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The bathroom offers a shower/bath, while a separate toilet adds convenience to your stay.

Convenience meets comfort with a laundry room off the kitchen, housing a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

Relax and unwind in the cozy lounge, complete with a smart TV for endless entertainment. With its scenic views of the lake, you won’t want to leave this tranquil space.

To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.

This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resources are required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available on request. Please enquire before booking (bedding for the cot is not provided).

Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10 pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto-released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide facecloths.

This property has one security camera, overlooking the front door and the driveway. The camera DOES NOT monitor indoor spaces.
