Lux Beds CANAL FRONT Jetty Canoes & 13M Pool
CANAL FRONT, jetty & 2 canoes for family fun or enjoy sun baking beside the 13M Pool. The Apartment furnishings are PLUSH & very comfy. Front lawns are manicured & beautifully landscaped. Easy parking, shops, restaurants & Marina with lots of Restaurants are very close by. There are designated smoking areas OUTSIDE the Apartment. Runaway Bay Shopping Center & Super Sports Centre are just a 5 min walk.
Newly refurbished 2nd Floor Apartment with 2 HUGE bedrooms-KING size beds. The master has its own ensuite and the Lounge Sofa Bed has thick comfy mattress. Living areas are spacious the lounge suite is large and comfy (They don't build them like this anymore) The furnishings are lavish & tastefully appointed. The Lounge opens to upstairs balcony with a Webber BBQ & outdoor setting PLUS downstairs enjoy direct Jetty access with 2 canoes OR you can sunbake and swim beside the 13M long glass fenced Pool with outdoor furniture. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE of the Apartment. Car Parking is easy and additional street side free parking is also readily available.
EVERYTHING YOU WANT IS SO CLOSE BY.......
- Runaway Shopping Centre is less than 500m
- The Broadwater is only 500m
-The Runaway Marina is on the same road and the
- The Runaway SUPER Sports Centre is right beside
- Sea World is on a 15 min drive away
- Movieworld, Wet n Wild & MovieWorld are only 20 mins drive
- Australia Fair Shopping Centre is 5 Kms away

Located on the Canal, the neighborhood has lots of Boaties AND with the Super Sports Centre close by there are a few sporty types but largely its a residential areas where people like to live
Everything you need is only a few meters away. There is also public transport available frequently to Southport and from there is the light rail that provides access to Helensvale (in the North) to Broadbeach (in the South)
Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you'll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.
Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to 8 AM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night's stay and may be evicted without refund.
Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
Left dirty dishes = an extra charge of $50
Left dirty BBQ = and extra charge of $50
