Princesa de Penasco is a beachfront getaway right in the center of "Sandy Beach" in beautiful Puerto Penasco, Mexico (aka Rocky Point). The drive is a close one-hour trip south of the border through the Lukeville, AZ Border Entry – 4 hours from Phoenix, AZ or 3.5 hours from Tucson, AZ. This destination provides some of the cleanest and most incredible beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is on the 5th floor in the "E" building closest to the beach and faces towards the east which allows for amazing evening sunsets. The resort has three pools, a swim up bar and fire pit, hot tub, barbecue grills, its own restaurant and bar, 24-hour security and even a golf course nearby.

If you are looking for ocean views look no further! This two-story unit sits above the amazing blue waters of the Sea of Cortez delivering all your eyes can handle! Million-dollar sunsets and ocean breezes are calling you from one of the two terraces. Fully equipped, we have everything you need to ensure you quickly settle into the Rocky Point vibe. This two-story unit gives you all the privacy you would want for a relaxing getaway while providing world class views that will instantly lull you into the vacation spirit. There are three bedrooms and 2 baths. The two guest bedrooms are on the first level with the kitchen, dining, and living room. The spacious private master suite is on the second level and has an amazing balcony.

Please note - Princesa is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condo or around the property. Please be aware that in order to ensure the quality of your stay and have enough time for cleaning and a quality control check, we are not able to accommodate early check-in under any circumstances. You do have access to the property amenities at any time during the day of your check in. Infants / Children are included in the full guest count.
