The Space:

Welcome to this stylish 130 sqm (1,400 sq ft) condo set in a peaceful area of La Paz. The location offers the best of both worlds: you’re within walking distance of three beautiful beaches, tennis and pickleball courts, and just a 15-minute drive from downtown and the Malecón. The quiet surroundings make it an ideal place for morning walks or runs, surrounded by natural scenery.



When staying in, guests can enjoy the communal pool, complete with shaded loungers and outdoor dining tables—perfect for relaxed meals with open views. The complex also includes a well-equipped gym for keeping up with your workout routine.



The Condo

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the condo combines generous space with everyday comfort. The air-conditioned living room opens through floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto a private patio, where you can enjoy peaceful evenings and La Paz’s signature tangerine sunsets.



The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The private patio also features an outdoor stove, making it a great spot to cook fresh local seafood while enjoying the evening breeze. A small laundry room with washing machine, sink, and basic cleaning supplies is available for added convenience.

The condo features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with:

- En-suite full bathroom.

- Large walk-in closet.



Sleeping arrangements:

Guest Access:

This is a self-check-in property. You will receive a code to access the keys using a code in the lockbox that will be provided before your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is nestled in a tranquil area of La Paz, about a 15-minute drive from the heart of downtown and the famous Malecón. You’ll be within walking distance of 3 beautiful beaches, making it perfect for seaside strolls and sunbathing. Just steps away, you'll find tennis and pickleball courts, providing excellent opportunities for recreation.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 18 km | 12 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 209 km | 130 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).



Please note that there’s construction happening near the building and sometimes noise can be heard during daytime work hours.



The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.



Please note that the pool is not heated.



The sink tap water is purified and suitable for consumption.



Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests may need to climb stairs at parts of the property.

- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. In this case, a $56 USD weekly electricity fee will be charged on the day of check-in, to be paid in cash to our local team. Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will result in a $20 USD fine.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.



Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.



As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith, and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the communal areas and amenities. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
