Getting Around:
The home is about 10.2 miles | 16.5 km or about a 25-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2 hr 45 min drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Starting July 31st, improvements will begin on the internal roads of Las Colinas, which will take about two weeks to complete. This may temporarily affect vehicle access to the property.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in.

The pool is not heated - please follow all pool rules to avoid penalties.

You must climb stairs to access the bedrooms.

Please don't eat or drink in the living room.

The TVs are equipped with streaming services, cable channels are not available.

Upon arrival you will find basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

- The golf cart is temporary out of order.

House Rules:
- You must be 21+ to book.
- No smoking (including tobacco, cannabis, or recreational drugs) inside the property. A $300 penalty applies for violations.
- Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. No parties, loud music, or excessive noise.
- Only registered guests are allowed.
- Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 USD per hour fee.
- Renters are responsible for damages or extra cleaning.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This is a temporary hold that will be released after check-out. (Not ABB)
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please don’t hang towels or clothes on the balcony.
- Avoid sitting on sofas with wet clothes.
- Close and lock all doors and windows at checkout; failure to do so will result in a $50 USD penalty.
- As a precaution, do not lock interior doors; if locked, you will be responsible for the locksmith fees.
- You will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the home and private terraces. Also enjoy unlimited access to Puerta Cortes Beach Club and exclusive access to Las Colinas Pool.

Amazing property!

The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the house is huge and well equipped, the golf cart made accessing the club SO easy, the host is phenomenal. Wonderful experience and would definitely make use of this property again!

Excellent property!

This was our second time to stay in Las Colinas but our first time to rent through this host. The property was clean and any time I reached out to the host, they were prompt in responding. Will definitely try to book this property on our next trip! We had an amazing time!

Basic property - weird layout for families

We have been to La Paz at least 8 times and we always stay in Las Colinas. We stayed here when we got married at the resort. This property was our least favorite. The property had the basics (handsoap, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 garbage bags, etc.) Not ideally stocked with basics for a family. Other issues:-Beds were extremely hard-Layout of house was weird. Dangerous steps for kids.-Lack of towels (also told not to wash towels in the washing machine)-TVs didn't work-They gave us the Wifi for the community wifi and not the personal house wifi. Work computers didn't work...-Dishwasher didn't work-Kids locked one of the bedroom doors from the inside. Couldn't unlock without a locksmith (had to pay for this service). Key should've been provided to access it. This is a life safety issue. -Very basic kitchen. Only plates, cups, silverware - all ceramic. Tough with kids. I recommend going through a different Property Management Company if you are going to stay in Las Colinas.Our families still managed to have a great time. We love La Paz and will definitely go back...just not to this rental.
