Looks nice but really dirty

The location is great, walking distance to the beach. But beware the condo itself is really dirty. All the vents had a thick layer of black dust or mold. My family, including two young children, were sneezing, coughing, had headaches and sore throats when we were in the condo. Surprisingly when we left the condo for the day we felt much better. The beach chairs, toys, and equipment are all rusty and broken. The rugs in the condo were filthy. You could tell just by walking on them they felt grimy. The place needs a good deep clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Lori was very nice and communicated and responded to my concerns promptly. Everything We needed was supplied… It was a very positive experience. My only complaint would be. I feel that more attention needs to be given to the cleanliness mostly in the bedrooms. The floor and baseboards were pretty dirty with remnants of used Kleenex from the last guest’s stay….also sheets need to be changed before the next guest. I had to change the sheets. I felt that they were soiled and overlooked….also would be really nice if new pillows with Support would be available. Other than that, everything else was very nice and I would go back again.

Month of March

This is our second time staying at Amelia Landings for the month of March. It is a safe, quiet community of villas nestled among live oaks and beautiful blooming azaleas at this time of year. This condo is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for the month. It is centrally located on the island, a 7 minute walk to the beach, close to local golf courses, hiking and miles of beach walking. We definitely hope to return another year.

Amelia Is Condo

The place was nice. we had a couple of things that needed to be addressed with the owners. We had to kill at least two large palmetto bugs. the shelf above the master bath sink was loose. There was a lose piece of molding on a kitchen cabinet between the doors on the left side above the sink. We found working the TV remotes very difficult. Even with instructions that were left for us, we could not get channels changed. We enjoyed the area and the condo itself. The lanai was beautiful. It was too cold for the beach but I am sure it would have been great. We were there for the Dickens on Centre festival and truly enjoyed it.

Absolutely wonderful

We loved everything about this place. It was close to the beach had a huge pool and so close to many other places. Lori was great to communicate with. The condo was adorable fully stocked and in a perfect location. We will definitely be coming back

Great getaway

I went with my husband and my daughters. It was our first time being there. This property was everything the listing said it would be. It is really a block and a half from the beach. Not just being able to see the water but an actual entrance. The closed in porch is to die for. The set up is great. Two recliner chairs and a table with four chairs. They supplied towels for the beach. Boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas (nice and big), etc. all was supplied. I was in Amelia Island for a law conference. This condo was a nice place to come back to and relax. It is down the street from a Walgreens. Walmart is about 5 minutes away. Its not too far from a movie theater. There are other mom and pop businesses right outside the entrance. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The price was right, too. The only thing i would suggest could be better is to put a tv in the 2nd bedroom and a bigger tv in the master bedroom. Ms. Lori was very responsive when i had what seemed to be an issue (turned out to be nothing).

Fun and Relaxation on Amelia Island Florida

This beautiful and comfy condo is located back in a quiet complex, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a community pool for the complex, tennis courts, and a pond for fishing. Would highly recommend and hope to rent it again on our next trip!

Started out with a blip but the owner corrected it immediately. A great place to stay…wonderful spot near the beach. Nice break from the winter in the Northeast.

Perfect for Out-Of-Town Guests

The place was perfect! Great location, easy access, very clean, nicely appointed. A great place for our guests to stay and relax. We will definitely want to rent again when family comes back in town!!

Laid back week.

Had a planned activity each day with lots of down time in between. Pretty island all properties are well kept. The condo was very clean and comfortable for our family. Cooking all meals was pleasant and good time to enjoy each other. I definitely recommend this place. Great instructions from the owners. Just easy. Being off the beach directly encourages you to explore more options up and down the coastline.

Lovely retreat in quiet wooded setting

This condo retreat is snuggled in to a natural wooded setting. Parking was directly in front of the unit and proximity to beach and restaurants was great. The decor is beachy and relaxing and we would definitely come back!

Wonderful !! Very surprised at all the amenities. I was there 30mins and fell asleep on screened in porch. Definitely would stay there again. Best vacation rental I have ever stayed at. Thanks bunches.

A fantastic stay!

I really enjoyed the feeling of having a home while on vacation. This property was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do downtown, at the beach, and in the national parks nearby!
