Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for a max of 2 vehicles at the property. Larger vehicles and vehicles with roof racks will likely not fit in the small garage. Both vehicles must be parked in the garage with no additional options for parking outside the garage. STR License #024262

A Spacious and Lovely Place to Rejuvenate after a Day of Activities

This was such a lovely place to stay while we skied Winter Park! The main floor was spacious and could accommodate our group of 6 very nicely, with room to spare. The kitchen was modern and well-stocked with essentials. The view was spectacular, and the hot tub was such a rejuvenating experience (with a view!) after a long day of skiing. Our family was very pleased and often commented on how great this stay was!

We enjoyed our stay in WP! Condo was amazing and very well-equipped kitchen. Views were outstanding. Little thing we completed while we were there, but didn’t warrant a phone call was resetting garbage disposal - it didn’t have power and replacing batteries in keypad that went dead. We rent 6-8 weekends a year for ski season and by far this was a great rental.

The property was nice and we enjoyed our stay and there were many nice 'little things' the host provided such as games/toy, pack n play, humidifiers, fans, snow toys, small appliances, etc. A few things to note: 1) the downstairs master bed/bathroom is extremely cold even when the heat is on; should consider some other ways to keep that area warm. 2) sometimes when you turn on the oven it smells like gas/propane A LOT. Turning it off and waiting a bit and then turning back on seems to resolve but kind of scary. 3) Some fans/shades were not working consistently. Cleaning crew needs to wipe down baseboards and door ledges to remove dust/dirt.
