Dine out on Jetty Rd with plenty of restaurants or BBQ some fresh fish in your alfresco dining area. With two bathrooms and ample parking space, this townhouse is well-appointed for small groups and long-term stays with ease to make your stay a breeze.
Let this charming two-story townhouse envelop you with its warm brick and timber textures. Kick back and relax while watching movies in the living area with two grey couches, one of which is nestled perfectly under the stairs as a perfect cosy reading nook. Enjoy your favourite shows on the TV with air-conditioning and heating for peak comfort all year round.

The open-plan living room connects to the dining area, where a sleek six-seater table invites intimate dining with family and friends. Greet the day with breakfast made in a full-sized kitchen equipped with a gas stove top, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Fire up the BBQ and watch a game or movie on the outdoor TV, or enhance the natural breeze with the ceiling fan as you dine outside on the covered patio.

Upstairs, the main bedroom is a spacious refuge with a large window and a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds ideal for those travelling with children. Each bedroom comes with its own TV, allowing everyone to watch what they want. Wind down in the glossy main bathroom featuring a bathtub and separate shower. A convenient second bathroom with a shower and toilet is located downstairs and combines with the in-unit laundry, including a washer and dryer.

This townhouse is located within a secure, gated complex and includes a double carport. The nearest tram stop is approximately 1 km away, providing easy access to the Adelaide CBD, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, and other key destinations.

Glenelg North captures the attention of every age. Families can keep entertained with zip lining and high rope courses at West Beach Adventure or bumper cars and mini golf at The Beach House amusement park. Dress up and dine at Sammy's on the Marina listening to ambient music and taking in gorgeous ocean views. The sunset view from Glenelg Pier is not to be missed so grab a hot chocolate from Cibo Espresso and enjoy another day in coastal bliss.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

The BBQ must be restored to the condition it was in when you arrived; otherwise, an additional charge of $60 will apply after check-out.
