What an experience!

My daughter, son-in-law, granddaughters and I really enjoyed the opportunity to tour Chase Sanctuary and interact with the animals. The accommodation was very clean and worked perfectly for our family! The highlight was watching the sloths on their daily routine and the lemurs arriving bright and early each morning.

Wonderful Weekend

It was fabulous! We had a girl's weekend and it was a wonderful place to say. Watching the sloths from the bedroom window and the lemurs from the dining room and bedroom was incredible. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The sanctuary takes such great care of their animals and the staff are passionate about what they do. We definitely will be going back for another visit.

Christmas week

So glad we found this wonderful place. An awesome experience at the jungle themed Hacienda and sleeping with the sloths and lemurs. Chase Sanctuary is so well run by Nina and her staff and we can’t thank them enough. Activities were great and especially seeing the nocturnal giant ant eaters and painting with the lemurs.

Best Sanctuary on Earth

This was truly a magical experience! We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday here with 2 friends for 3 days and 2 nights and wish we could’ve stayed for a lot longer! There was so many amazing animals that were so incredible but the fact thad we shared glass walls into the sloths and lemurs encounters was so entertaining we had to force ourselves away to look at everything else. My daughter & her friends laughed & smiled the whole time. She said it was the best birthday present ever even better than the annual pass at Disney World! I rate this the number one best Animal Sanctuary I have ever been to and I have traveled the world and have seen hundreds of different places but nothing tops this! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Although we were amongst so many species of animals our stay was incredibly peaceful! I highly recommend this!

Amazing, unique experience!

Unbelievable accommodations, with full kitchen and a family of sloths plus a family of lemurs right outside the windows. So much fun watching the lemurs and sloths throughout the day and night, and also visiting the nearby bat-eared foxes, otters, giant ant-eaters, kangaroos, marmosets, and all of the other amazing animals being saved by the wonderful and dedicated people at the Chase Sanctuary. This is a must-see sanctuary, and staying at the Hacienda makes it all the more special!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Hacienda stay and the Chase Wildlife Sanctuary. Lemur yoga and the Guided tour with Kim were great. The lemurs and sloth habitats at the unit were so much fun. Living area is furnished and super comfortable. The four of us loved our getaway.

Amazing visit

Our stay at the hacienda was amazing. It was conveniently located close to the Chase property and had everything we needed for our stay. We were greeted by Katie who gave us a great overview of the property. The ability to have up close viewing and feeding of the sloths and lemurs during our stay was a priceless experience.

Awesome and Unique Experience

We stayed 2 nights and it was super cool to be surrounded by lemurs and sloths the entire time. We did the night tour as well which was well worth it. I would definitely recommend this stay as a very unique experience. Also the house is beautiful with very comfy couches.

Amazing!

It was the most incredible experience ever! My 10 year old granddaughter made memories that will last her lifetime! Sitting at the table watching the lemurs prance around was a highlight. We loved the tours and getting into some of the enclosures and most of all, feeding the animals. The hacienda was beautiful! Lilly loved going to feed the lemurs every morning at 9:30. Thank you for a unique vacation!

Unique and Fun Experience

I am an animal lover so when I saw the ad pop up for the hacienda at Chase Rescue Sanctuary, I immediately checked it out. I booked two nights and took my 84 year old mom and 78 year old Aunt. The house is perfectly situated on the property so you are super close to everything. The sloth and lemur enclosures at the house are super fun. My favorite animal was the giant anteater - what a beautiful and interesting creature! We didn't opt to do any of the activities like lemur yoga, but that's only because my mom and aunt weren't able. The owner, Nina, is very nice and all of the staff were sweet. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a fun, unique, peaceful retreat.

Adventure of a life time

I came with my two grandchildren and we stayed a few nights and did several of the tours. They were so informative and helpful. The kids learned so much and can't stop talking about it. The hacienda is outstanding. It is very clean and comfortable. The viewing of the sloths and lemurs is so very entertaining. The kids want to move in...I must say I wouldn't mind it myself!😂

Amazing experience!

A wonderful experience, we would love to return and highly recommend. The Hacienda is spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We even had binoculars and red light headlamps available to use. Being able to watch the sloths and ringtail lemurs 24/7 was priceless. The private tour was also wonderful. Even if you don’t stay at the hacienda, take a tour or partake in one of their events like yoga or painting with lemurs. If you leave the property to explore, the Richloam country store is worth a visit for old fashioned soda, candy, coffee and ice cream.

Amazing stay at an amazing g place

My husband and I just retired and we wanted to do something special with our grandson. This was everything was hoped it would be. The Hacienda is clean and wonderfully appointed. Makes you feel like you’re truly living with the animals housed there. The sloths and lemurs are so much fun to watch (all night sometimes). We did a Lemur Yoga class - my first yoga and I loved it! Next we took the private tour with Michelle. She was amazing. It was raining and we still smiled through the whole thing. Saw all the lemurs, sloths, goats, tortoises, birds, bat eared foxes, cavies, otters etc. it’s a wonderful place to stay while enjoying what the Chase Sanctuary has to offer. Highly recommended for kids of all ages!!!!!!

Unique Getaway

We are so thankful that the hacienda was recommended for us. It was a dream come true for our 10 year old, and equally as enjoyable for our 13 year old and us parents. The house is comfortable, well styled (the wood furniture selection is gorgeous!), and the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed for morning coffee and staying in to cook. We loved walking the grounds open to us, the sloth and lemur feedings, and the staff/volunteers. Kim welcomed us and lead our private tour, Katie greeted us and showed us around our grounds, and Colin met us for the feedings. Everyone we spoke with was truly passionate about their jobs and you can tell they want to be there. There is so much to see at the sanctuary and it's a place you feel good supporting. Falling asleep to sloths right outisde your winder and waking up to lemurs playing was truly a unique experience. Even though it seems like there's not much else around Webster, it's not a far drive to shopping and food options, and we highly recommend exploring downtown Clermont. We really hope to visit again, at least every few years!

Purrfect Girlfriend Weekend!

We had a fabulous time in our Hacienda at Chase sanctuary! Each bedroom offered a view not normally seen from one's typical home. One bedroom looked into the sloth home, another into the ring-tailed lemurs and the third a banana tree hosting a large bunch of bananas which will be used to help feed the animals once they ripen. The decor was themed and the whole experience in the "Enchanted Forest" was perfect. The sanctuary itself is quite amazing. It is evident that Nina and Donna, as well as their staff, are passionate about giving these animals their best possible life. The animals delighted us for hours, from the playful lemurs to the sleepy sloths. There is a boardwalk with a telescope to look out at birds and many dragonflies and a butterfly garden where we enjoyed some mimosa and quiet time after our yoga class. It was a great trip and I'm hoping that Mother Nature will be kind to the area with the upcoming storm. Thank everyone at Chase for providing us with a great weekend. Wishing you all the best.

Incredible experience staying at Chase Sanctuary in The Hacienda

We went to bed and woke up to Two-Toed Sloths cuddling; we ate our meals watching the Ring-Tailed Sloths playing…even with just those two things our stay would have been magical. Add to this a beautiful 3 bedroom home attached to the animal habitats and full range of the property to sit in the Butterfly Gardens or wander around the animal habitats. The house is meticulously clean and nicely renovated, very comfortable and with a full working kitchen (we had our meals on-site since once we got there we did not want to leave!) Communication was very easy and detailed and check-in and check-out were both seamless. The entire staff at Chase Sanctuary made our stay so special. Brody came to us in the morning so that we could help him feed the lemurs and sloths, and he also led our Nocturnal Tour where we interacted with the nighttime animals, including feeding and holding an anteater. The owners, Nina and Donna, are warm and knowledgeable and their love for the animals in their care is apparent. Donna gave us an unexpected tour of the property upon arrival and invited us to walk out to their over-marsh boardwalk at our leisure, which we used both evenings for Star-gazing. We interacted with baby Otters and did the Painting with Primates experience with the Ruffed Lemurs. We also learned so much about the rescue and conservation of these beautiful creatures and how much time and effort Chase Sanctuary expends to this end. 5 Enthusiastic Stars for this stay. It’s unique, worthwhile, beautiful and calming. We have already referred multiple friends and we will be back.

A hidden gem

Wonderful place! We stayed for a couple nights at the Hacienda, which was amazing! We had guided tours of the rescued animals in their new habitats with Corinna and Brody, who were excellent guides, both passionate and full of joy about the animals in their care. All of the staff were dedicated, many of whom were volunteers. We had hands on (paws on) encounters with Lemurs, Otters, Fennec foxes, to name a few. From the Hacienda, we had Sloths and a mob of crazy Lemurs in habitats built onto the house, separated by glass. The baby sloth was very entertaining. Highly recommended, and a good cause to support.
