Bay View Beach House is a gorgeous little seaside cottage with all day sun overlooking Cox's Bay. It has been tastefully renovated and has all modern conveniences while retaining its bachy, beach cottage feel.

The vast deck offers panoramic views over Raglan and the private open air bath tub is perfect for relaxing and star gazing on moonlit evenings.

Just a short stroll to the beaches of Cox and Lorenzon Bays, and very close to Raglan wharf and town with its retro shops, and excellent cafes.

All linen and towels are provided.

The beach house was amazing! Thank you for having us! Felt like staying in a tree house with water views. The house had everything we needed and was a peaceful and quiet retreat, and great location to be able to duck into main part of town. Harriet very graciously accommodated a late check out due to our infant’s morning nap. Thank you again!

Great spot at Cox's Bay

A great little place to stay close to Raglan. Fab deck with outdoor room, views and outdoor bath. Easy walk to Cox Bay, the wharf and Raglan to enjoy a swim, the cafes and cute shops. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Bach with gorgeous view

We had a lovely relaxing time - loved the deck and outdoor bath. The Bach was clean and stylish and had everything we needed. A short drive to the shops, cafes and beaches. Would love to stay again.

Lovely bach, easy to check-in, Harriet was great to deal with and very helpful. Great views and a huge deck. The only (slight) issue was that the bed in the matter bedroom seemed a little small for tall people, and not that soft. But we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect location - 2 minutes to town, yet a quiet peaceful location. Just as lovely as the photos. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, spacious deck partially covered to enjoy gorgeous views. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

This wonderful beach shack was just what we hoped for as our penultimate stop in New Zeland. The vista over the estuary was amazing which could be viewed from both the lounge room, outdoor bath and huge deck.

Raglan weekend

Lovely little cottage with great views. Quiet. We would have liked a teapot but otherwise the kitchen had all we needed. The fridge is a bit small and only has a small inefficient freezer compartment. Our only gripe is the fees taken by Bachcare which almost doubled the price and wasn't transparent at the beginning.

Really enjoyed our stay - lovely house with a large (and covered) outdoor deck and great views. The hot bath was a nice touch too! Perfect for a long weekend

Great place to stay in Raglan

This is a great property on a quite street in Raglan. The house is small - probably suits a couple best, with an expansive deck and great views over the inlet. It's a short walk into town, maybe 15 minutes. Coming home requires walking up hills so you need a reasonable level of fitness. Takes about 3 mins to drive. House is well-appointed, There's a bath on the deck which we didn't use, but it looked amazing. Definitely recommend this place for a quiet weekend. Can also highly recommend The Artisan Bakery, and Ulo's restaurant. They were our go-to places to eat. And of course Raglan Roast coffee - the best coffee for the lowest price. If you drink your flat white at the cafe it costs $3. $3.50 for a takeaway.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend in this property. The views were great and it had everything we needed and more. The outdoor bath was a great feature and we can’t wait to come back again.

Like this place very much and will likely book for Xmas again. Just the beds in the bunk room a little uncomfortable and we found it too hot to sit out on the lovely deck - an umbrella might be good. Good to see that the mat with the curly edge has gone!

We loved this place.

We loved this place. Has everything you need for a weekend away. Great spot for kids as they are well contained within the deck area, the outdoor bath is an awesome set up, and the views are great. We were unlucky with the fridge not working during our stay so didn't get a chance to have a cold drink on the deck at the end of the day. We'd love to come back and we'd stay even longer if there was WI-Fi so we can work remotely for weeks!!!!
