• Second Bedroom: Upstairs with a queen bed and a bunk bed (full-size mattresses). There is also a TV in this bedroom.


• Uber & Taxis are available but may be difficult to get on short notice.
• 4WD or AWD is highly recommended
• Colorado Springs Airport is 36 miles away - about a 45-minute drive
• Denver Airport is a two-hour drive


• Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload your driver's license or passport and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

• Streaming: Available using your own accounts.

• No Air-conditioning: This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning. Most homes in the mountains do not have A/C.

• Pets: All animals must be approved by management. A nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per dog (maximum of 2) applies.

• Parking: Free parking available for 3 vehicles.

• Damage Waiver: The total reservation cost includes a damage waiver fee, covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage
to the property or its contents, provided the incident is reported to the host before checking out.
