Exactly what we were looking for! Updated lakefront cabin has a stellar view of the lake and its own pier with a private boat launch conveniently located next door. Our host, Mike, was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. His recommendations to visit Bond Falls and to make reservations for dinner at The Guide Inn and Beartrap Steakhouse were gems we would probably have missed had he not mentioned them. Could not have asked for more! Wonderful stay!

The cabin was comfortable and clean, with all of the listed amenities in good working condition. The kitchen had the necessary cookware, utensils, and dishes for meals. The pier was in excellent shape, and the kids enjoyed the yard, adjacent playground, and fire pit. We will be back. Now, if the owners can arrange better weather, it will be perfect.

Property was everything described, clean, beautiful, pier on the lake, roomy. The owner was available for any questions. High lake is amazing for fishing and recreation. We had a wonderful time and looking forward to returning again.

Lake front retreat

This is a great cabin for families. There are no stairs to climb to get to the lake, and there is a sand beach. We loved the wonderful breeze that came through the cabin with open screens. We enjoyed swimming, and using our kayak’s in the lake. We would come here again.

This place has such a great view from the front room window..Just steps to your own dock..

Great communication with the owner. Easy check in and check out. The Beach house is right next to the play ground.. You can watch your kids from the windows.. But you also have the noise from other kids at times.. The place has an open concept.. Nice place..

Nice cabin with great views of the lake

This was a really nice cabin that was perfect for our family vacation. My only complaints are that the advertisement for the cabin says there are two queen beds. They are definitely not queen beds, but full beds. It also would have been nice if the listing mentioned that the beach right outside of the cabin was shared by other families in the area. For other issues we had (no toilet paper, dishwasher stopped working, and no vacuum cleaner) the property owner was very responsive and made sure the issues were taken care of.

Great family vacation

Cabin was clean and fit our family well. 3 adults & 2 teens. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of seating for all with living & kitchen area. Bedrooms were smaller but manageable. Fans in every room were a huge plus! You can hear everything going on in the cabin at night so the fans helped drown the noise out. The beds could be softer as we woke with sore backs but some people like harder mattresses. Great view of the lake from the cabin. Loved sitting on the pier and fishing from it. Only used the beach for launching paddle boat and kayak. Nice little area with picnic tables, playground & beach. That area is all shared. Spent lots of time out on the lake fishing and tubing. Overall we enjoyed everything! Would recommend cabin! Thanks for a great vacation ☺️

Great cabin and location - needs a few things

Love this place and the lake. I have a couple of suggestions. Owner need to be more responsive messages. He responds quickly, but does not provide clear and detailed answers, which requires even more messages. I also made one cell phone call from the house and did not get a response. Owner needs more details and instructions for items at the house - how to use the TV ( we never got it to work) and how to use the heat. Otherwise, place to clean and well organized and we love staying there.

Nice cabin in a great locations

Loved it! 3 guys on a fishing trip. Right next a boat landing in a very clean and comfortable cabin on the lake with a handy pier and beach. Cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The week of R&R…

Very nice property on a beautiful lake! Plenty of fish to catch on clear water with room to ski as well. The had more than enough room for the four of us. The cabin is away from town so it is quiet but close enough to quickly go to dinner or grab a few items. We had a great week!
