1 bedroom with a queen bed + floor mattress

1 bedroom with two singles (one is a pull-out)



Extra options include:

1 fold-out single bed (can be placed anywhere)

1 fold-out single in the games room (best avoided during winter)

The home features a heat pump, individual heaters in each bedroom, extra blankets, and electric blankets for chilly nights.

One of the main highlights of the area is the stunning Hagley Park, which is located nearby. The park is the largest in the city, and is perfect for outdoor activities like jogging, cycling, and picnicking. The suburb is also home to a range of recreational facilities, including sports fields, fitness centers, and swimming pools.



Getting Around:

Bus stops on Springfield 1 minute away from the property.

Portacot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee of $25.



Seasonal Bed Availability:

The extra fold-out bed in the games room is not available during Winter and Autumn due to temperature and comfort considerations.



Parking:

The property is located on a shared driveway. You are provided with 2 dedicated parking spots.

Please do not bring more than 2 vehicles

Do not block or obstruct the driveway at any time



Neighbourhood Respect:

We ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours. This is a family-friendly area, so please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evenings and strictly after 10 PM.
