Perfect for families and groups of friends, this vibrant Ohana property offers the ideal mix of comfort, space, and entertainment. Enjoy hours of fun with a ping pong table, foosball, gaming console, and a relaxing hot tub—something for everyone to enjoy.

Inside, you'll find a spacious lounge, dining, and kitchen area, designed for both relaxation and connection. With three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at home.

The Space:
This 90s era house as loads of character! After the recent renovations, the bathrooms are to die for! We turned the garage, into the perfect area for kids, teens or those adults who act like kids. It includes, pingpong, foosball, and Prime.

There is a toilet downstairs, with a laundry room in the garage.

For warmth we added a Heatpump and heaters in each bedroom. We also have extra blankets and electric blankets.
The outdoor spa is a must!

One bedroom with a king and ensuite downstairs, the 2 remaining bedrooms are upstairs, one with a queen and a floor mattress, and the other with 2 single beds, one is a pull out. We have an additional fold out single which can be moved anywhere, as well as a fold out single in the games room (not advised during winter months)

Outside you have a BBQ and a 4 person hot tub.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots

We also have quite a strict noise policy as the neighbours have small kids, so excessive noise and anything after 10pm is strictly limited, please consider this before booking.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Living in St. Albans, you'll enjoy a range of amenities, including a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The area is known for its trendy and eclectic vibe, with a mix of vintage and modern boutiques and eateries to explore.

One of the main highlights of the area is the stunning Hagley Park, which is located nearby. The park is the largest in the city, and is perfect for outdoor activities like jogging, cycling, and picnicking. The suburb is also home to a range of recreational facilities, including sports fields, fitness centers, and swimming pools.

Getting Around:
Bus stops on Springfield 1 minute away from the property.

Portacot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee of $25.

Seasonal Bed Availability:
The extra fold-out bed in the games room is not available during Winter and Autumn due to temperature and comfort considerations.

Parking:
The property is located on a shared driveway. You are provided with 2 dedicated parking spots.
Please do not bring more than 2 vehicles
Do not block or obstruct the driveway at any time

Neighbourhood Respect:
We ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours. This is a family-friendly area, so please keep noise to a minimum—especially during evenings and strictly after 10 PM.
