It is our pleasure to introduce you to the Penthouse at Clearwater Noosa â a haven that not only allows you to explore the best of Noosa but also offers unparalleled comfort and luxury to return to at the end of each day.
Meticulously renovated and furnished, this generously proportioned penthouse occupies the entire top floor, open-plan north-facing living with abundant light and is secluded with no shared walls with any other apartments. Each of the three king-sized bedrooms boasts its own ensuite bathroom, with the option of configuring the beds in each bedroom as king or two singles. This makes the accommodation ideal for 3 couples or 6 singles. The fully equipped kitchen caters to culinary endeavours, while the internal laundry offers a washing machine and dryer. This penthouse is truly a home away from home and for your comfort, offers fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy the elevated private balcony and refreshing breezes whilst you indulge in your morning cappuccino or long black with the provided coffee pod machine, or take a dip in one of the three on-site pools, two of which are heated throughout most of the year.
