If you recall.. I was the one who asked you if you needed help with any thing. We do this to help our guest have the best experience. That was when you requested for one more towel. The apartment was very clean as it always as. We keep the apartments clean for our guest always...and you did not mention this at all during your stay. Perhaps, you did not keep it tidy because you were 5.

Light switches are in all the room and work properly. There is a heating fan in the apartment available for your use. Moreso, i asked told that if you needed help with anything, you should ask...but you never asked for anything. I could have further adjusted the central temperature if you asked. Guest can't access central air conditioning. Regarding the bed sheed, it had the standard 2 sheets. Both were fitted, if you checked properly you would have seen it was thick and and comfy. When you book a place always ask for help. Also, try leave a positive review review on things you liked and enjoyed, not just complaints and bad reviews.

Thanks for your feedback. However, I do not agree with some of your comments. An extra toilet paper was in the cabinet for your use...If you opened the cabinet you'd see it easily. Even the toilet paper you said was thin, was not even used up completely by you. Also, the paper towel was available, you could have just asked me and I'd hand it over or show it to you. Apologies... Second, there is no place where it's noted on my listing that I'd be providing tea/coffee or breakfast. What is provided is coffee maker, coffee strainer, hot water electric kettle for your use. Third, there were three towels for your use for a guest of 3 adults and a child. Moreover, when you checked in I asked more than twice that if you need anything, you should let me know. There is more than enough extra towels for use of guests if you'd have asked me. Fourth, there are no children upstairs. Just a child...You checked in at about 9.30pm if I recall...how accurate is it to say children are running... late in the night...But I do apologise for any inconvenience regarding this. Fifth, I apologise for any Tv sound. We are in the hospitality business and understand guests' need for some quiet. I'm very confident there was no TV blast, as I myself don't like noise at all. We have never received any complaint on noise. This is purely circumstantial and must have been in the morning. Sixth, All the room light switches are in the room, and pot light bulbs of the walk way are in the stairs area.

Thank you for the review and feedback. Regarding air conditioning, you could have just requested for it to be turned off or on. You recall I send messages at least twice to you on different dates, that if you needed anything you should let me know. I also said the same thing when I welcomed you at check in...I'm here to serve you and make you comfortable in my capacity. Moreover, the basement apartment is usually cooler. I'm sorry to hear about the knee issue. But the stairway is just a regular basement stairways and not necessarily long at all. But I'd see if I could add extra railings for special needs.
