A two-bedroom, one bonus room, and two-bath private two-level home with heated and screened in swimming pool located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Estero Boulevard and the hustle and bustle of Times Square, including the new Margaritaville Resort. There is access to miles of white sugar sand beaches, too numerous to count clubs, restaurants and boutiques, all within walking or biking distance. There's close-by parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Trolleys run up and down the island, plus this location is situated such that it provides quicker ingress and egress to and from the mainland. There is ample off-street parking with two covered spaces, complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, laundry area and all linens and towels are provided. This home is perfect for extended families or a group of friends as it provides actually two separate sleeping accommodations. The back yard has a completely screened in heated pool, lanai, and lots of outdoor furnished living space, including a gas grill.
Upon arrival entry to the upper level is via steps up to the front door and into the open plan living room and eat-in kitchen. This home has vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile flooring in the main area and wood flooring in the bedrooms. Decor is beachy/nautical. The large kitchen has plenty of hard surface countertops with tile back splash, and cabinets with all the necessary items to whip up full course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! There is a stainless-steel sink with disposal. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, a 5-burner glasstop range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. Other kitchen amenities include a coffee maker, an adjacent desk with chair, and a peninsular bar with drawers and cabinets on the kitchen side and six bar seats on the living area side. The adjacent living area has a leather sofa, a side chair and accent tables, opposite which is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors from both the kitchen and living areas out to an open yet covered front deck furnished with a swing and deck chairs overlooking the front of the home.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with night stand and lamp, a double dresser with wall-mounted flat screen TV, and ample closet space. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with dual lavatories with storage space beneath, a wall mirror, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass wall and glass door. The first guest bedroom is off the living area behind sliding doors and has a queen-size bed, this bedroom shares the master bathroom. It also has a door providing access out and down the stairs to the pool and lanai area below. On the lower level there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, as well as the bonus room with en suite bath and sitting area. This room has wood flooring, ample closet space, a queen-size bed with night stand and lamp, opposite which is a credenza with wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is also further access from the sitting room out to the pool and lanai area. The bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, a wall mirror, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in doorless shower.
