Our home is brand new featuring this suite which offers complete lower level suite in our family home. We are about a 2km. north of Summerland just off Highway 97. Access to our place is via gravel road for about 2 minutes of driving with a paved driveway and genourous parking spot on your arrival. Our home is nestled within a family owned working vineyard with views in all directions that are almost reminiscent of a French countryside. This property offers 180⁰ views of Lake Okanagan with views of Peachland to the North and the Narramata Bench across the lake and to the South the delta of Summerland. Our property is larger than most suites offer almost 1500 ft of living space. Kitchen is upgraded and perfect for your entertaining tastes. We offer two large separate bedrooms with QUEEN size beds and separate access of each room. Both rooms offer stunning views of the lake. One bedroom is complete with its own separate bathroom containing large 6 foot shower and his and hers quartz vanity sinks. It also comes with a walk in closet with more than ample storage. The other bathroom has a tub and shower combination with quartz countertops. The open concept of the living, dining and kitchen area make for perfect entertaining while enjoying the beautiful views and summer breezes. This space comes complete with deperate laundry room containing full size washer and dryer. The patio runs the whole length of the suite and accommodates a bbq, patio table and chairs and a workout machine. Come in September! It's quieter, weather is fabulous, beaches are perfect! Perfect for a small getaway or a long hiatus to enjoy all the Okanagan has to offer, we bet youcant explore it all and will be yearning to come back again.

Beautiful place with stunning views

This property was exactly what was advertised. Beautiful, very clean, with stunning views from every room. If the weather had been a little nicer or we had of brought blankets with us we would have liked to enjoy a glass of wine on the porch! The hosts were great to let us check in early, we really appreciated it.

The hosts were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The property was spotless with a well appointed kitchen and great beds. The view is AMAZING and the kids enjoyed exploring the grounds. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely Wonderful

What a wonderful weekend we had in Summerland. The property was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The view from the huge windows was glorious and there was a welcoming something for us which was a very nice touch (I won't say what and spoil your surprise). Communication was easy by text and phone. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and will certainly try and stay here again.

Communication: Roy was exceptional in all aspects of communication; before, during, & after our stay. Cleanliness: Pristine from bathrooms, bedding, & all kitchen utensils/supplies. Location: Convenient to all attractions. Minutes from restaurants, wineries, & beaches. Spectacular 180 degree lake views! VERY QUIET: No noise from above or neighbors at all times. Personal Touches: Owners welcomed us with freshly baked bread, answered questions on tourist attractions, & were very friendly. Great Value.

Roy and Kelly were very prompt in their responses. The place is very clean and the view is amazing! I wish there was a little firepit. We sat for hours just staring at the view. The only downside is the poor insulation for noise from upstairs. If you wanted to lie in past 7:30, it may not be feasible with running around from above. We enjoyed the space, it was very clean and they were good hosts.

A view to die for

The property was lovely and worked really well for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the baked goodies that were provided by the hosts. We especially enjoyed eating our breakfast outside on the patio and taking in the incredible view of the lake.

A wonderful stay, beautiful view!

We were in Summerland for a wedding this last weekend. The property was very clean and extremely well stocked - kitchen appliances, spices, cooking utensils. The host Kelly even had fresh scones waiting for us when we arrived. The patio was huge with a beautiful view, perfect area for a workout or just to sit and enjoy your cup of coffee. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Beautiful stay with panoramic views

We really enjoyed our stay here. The suite is spacious, new and very clean, with a full kitchen. Communication with the hosts was excellent - Kelly was very attentive to our needs and even brought down some freshly baked sourdough and muffins (which were delicious!). The only negative we found was the brightness. The guest bedroom has darker draperies, but the Master is outfitted with sheers - and with the morning summer sun it was insanely bright. Even with eye masks, we had to put blankets + towels up to be able to sleep past 5-6am. You do hear the pitter patter of little feet running about at times, but being a family with a young child this didn't bother us in the slightest. The patio views are truly breathtaking and it is so peaceful to sit out there in the morning for coffee and evening as the sun sets. We would definitely stay here again (with the hope that perhaps the Master suite window coverings will be updated by then). Cheers Kelly and Roy!
