ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This single-story condo features step-free access via elevator- Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not permitted at the property per HOA rules- Your safety matters. The property features a Ring doorbell security camera on the front door facing the entrance. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion- A starter pack of 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 dishwasher tablet, and 1 roll of paper towels will be provided for each stay- Beach access within walking distance, just across the street- NOTE: There is an ongoing beach refurbishment in the property area.
