Upon entering Terrace 307 is the bedroom/suite with a wet bar and refrigerator and a microwave, a private balcony over looking the fountain and lake and great Gulf views! This suite has a connecting private bath.
Past this bedroom and onto an open concept kitchen, dining and living room.
The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You will have everything you need to prepare your caught fish of the day in this kitchen, including a Keurig and a regular coffee maker for the morning crowd.
The living and dining areas are open and roomy with splashes of coastal whimsey. Off the living area is an abundant wrap-around balcony for morning coffee, evening beverages, or just to linger and appreciate the lake and Gulf views.
The master bedroom is off the living area and has access to the wrap-around balcony as well. You'll wake to views of the Gulf before meandering into your private bath. Here you will find a luxurious full shower with barn-style glass doors.
Your 3rd bath will be found down a hallway off the living room and holds a full shower/tub combo.
The bunk room sleeps four with a double full-size bunk made out of sturdy industrial-type piping.
