Hosts on the Coast Beachside Beauty Whiritoa

Beachside Beauty is a well-set-up, welcoming home right on the beach.

This four-bedroom 2-bathroom home has a super king bed and ensuite upstairs, while downstairs you will find a queen-size room with sea views, the third and the fourth bedrooms are in the games room downstairs and has 2 sets of sturdy wooden bunks.
A well-appointed kitchen with open-plan dining and stylish lounge area features a beautiful gas fireplace for those chilly evenings.  With a large dining table you are spoilt for choice on where to sit for your meals, but you really should take advantage of the beautiful large decks and BBQ  enjoy your evening drink while soaking in the beauty of the view!
Downstairs you will find a second lounge with smart TV to watch all your favourite shows or some championship challenges on the ping pong table. Once you have exhausted yourselves with the games you can take a swim in the ocean, and chill on the bean chairs or relax in the Spa Pool.
The home uses a septic tank system so please only bio cleaners to be used which will be supplied.

Normally a sleepy town, Whiritoa has only a couple of hundred permanent residents. Over summer bach owners and holidaymakers head here to enjoy the peace. It is located about 2 hours from Auckland and in between Waihi and Whangamata. There is a convenience store if you need to stock up and there is a library if you need to get some summer reading done! Whiritoa Beach is a surf beach and the surf lifeguards patrol during the summer and of course you must swim between the flags. At the north end of the beach is a lagoon which is very safe for swimming. If you keep walking past the lagoon there is a short walk to Waimama Bay which has gorgeous white sand and crystal clear waters. Along the beach are New Zealand’s Christmas trees the Pohutukawa, which in summer bursts with red flowers. This area is a photographer’s dream. Whiritoa is the place to be if you want a chill vibe, a great place to unwind.
