THE SPACE:
Spacious 3-bedroom with Direct Access to Pool is situated on the ground floor with one little step to enter.

The large lounge area opening onto a private terrace, with a direct entrance to the shared pool area, offers a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with local channels, and free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

All three air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a good size ensuite, a walk-in wardrobe, and a sliding door to the terrace. The second bedroom has also a queen-size bed and wardrobe, the third bedroom has two single beds. A Porta cot is provided for your little one.

The unit comes with another bathroom, separate internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and high-quality towels and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven as well as all basic kitchenware. Nespresso is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

Visitor parking at the back of the building is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool.

Amazing cafe Guyala Cafe with delicious food and coffee is only 1 minute walk.

Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

• Limit guests to numbers booked.
• Check-in in between 2pm and 7pm. Late check-in fee $45 applies for check-in 7pm-9:30pm.
