What you will love about this home
Our home is our holiday retreat which we enjoy and make available to family and friends. It has been newly renovated and tastefully furnished.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a media room/living room with a couch), living/dining room with kitchen and pantry adjoining. There is also a laundry area separate from the kitchen.

There is a covered veranda to the front where you can enjoy the afternoon sea breeze.

There is a front and rear garden, undercover car parking at the rear of the house with additional parking available on the driveway to the rear.

What you will love about this neighborhood
Our house is in a Cul de Sac in a quite suburb at the northern end of the Gold Coast in sunny Queensland. There are leisurely walks along the waterfront from the adjacent boat harbour to the Broadwater frontage, beach and parklands.

It is 300m walk (less than 5 minutes) to the beachfront which is at the end of the road, here you can also enjoy the local restaurants and cafes, or visit the bakery, supermarket, greengrocer and boutique shops.
The local Bowls Club is a convenient 2-minute walk away.

Runaway Bay and Harbour Town Shopping centre are approx. 5- and 10-minutes' drive respectively. Surfers Paradise in the heart of the Gold Coast is approx. 20 minutes' drive.

The major theme parks, Seaworld, Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet n' Wild Water World, Australian Outback Spectacular are approx. 15 min drive away.

The location is midway between Brisbane and Coolangata airports both of which are about one hours drive away.

The local bus service connects to all major shopping and tourist destinations through to the southern end of the Gold Coast and also facilitates connection to the train service to Brisbane City and Airport.
