While we strive to maintain impeccable standards, any oversight is never intentional, and we would have addressed any cleaning concerns brought to our attention during your stay. Regarding the washer and dryer, we acknowledge the inconvenience caused. It was unfortunate that the washer could not be repaired during your visit despite our efforts and coordination with the owner. However, it is inaccurate to state that the owner neglected or failed to address the issue. Repairs can sometimes take time due to factors beyond anyone's immediate control. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations in this regard. As for the other issues mentioned, including the ants and the power outage, we had no prior reports of such problems. We will, of course, double-check these claims to ensure they are addressed, but they do not align with the condition of the home as it was prepared for your arrival. Lastly, we value honesty and transparency in our communication. We made every effort to assist you during your stay, but it appears that our solutions may not have met your expectations.
