The highlight of this home is undoubtedly its private beachfront location, complemented by an outdoor oasis awaiting you. Step outside to discover your private paradise, complete with a heated private outdoor pool, where you can soak up the sun or unwind under the stars after a day of exploring the local area. Additionally, both an outdoor and indoor/outdoor shower offer the perfect way to refresh and rejuvenate before or after a dip in the pool or the Long Island Sound.
With a total of 3 bathrooms plus an additional bathroom in the basement, convenience is never compromised. Whether you're preparing for a day of adventure or winding down for the evening, you'll find everything you need to feel right at home.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including pool, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities.
If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The property has outdoor security cameras for safety and added peace of mind.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.
